تحلیلی بر توزیع فضایی مراکز آموزشی و ساماندهی مناسب آن (مطالعه موردی: شهر پیرانشهر)

امروزه به دنبال گسترش شهرنشینی و رشد فزاینده جمعیت، شهرها با مشکلات متعددی از جمله عدم بهره‌مندی یکسان تمامی شهروندان از خدمات شهری روبرو می‌باشند. در این میان خدمات آموزشی به عنوان یکی از کاربری های مهم شهری که سطوح قابل توجهی از فضای شهری را به خود اختصاص می دهد با مشکلاتی چون کمبود، توزیع ناموزون و نامتناسب با نیازهای جمعیتی، عدم رعایت همجواری ها روبه رو می باشند. بر این اساس هدف از این تحقیق، تحلیل پراکنش مراکز آموزشی در سطح شهر پیرانشهر و ساماندهی مناسب آن می‌باشد. روش انجام تحقیق، تحلیلی- کاربردی است. به منظور طبقه‌بندی و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات مذکور از میانگین نزدیک‌ترین همسایه، شاخص moran’s i و مدل تحلیل شبکه بهره گرفته شده است. برای انجام این عملیات از نرم افزارهای arc/gis و super decisions استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که مراکز آموزشی شهر پیرانشهر از نظر سازگاری با سایر کاربری ها و همچنین دسترسی شهروندان، دارای مشکل می باشند. نقشه های حاصل از نتایج تحقیق، فضاهای مناسب جهت احداث مکان های آموزشی جدید را پیشنهاد می دهد.

An Analysis of the Spatial Distribution of Educational Centers and Its Proper Organize (Case Study: Piranshahr City)

Today, cities are faced with numerous problems, such as the lack of equal access for all citizens to urban services, due to the expansion of urbanization and the increasing population growth. In the meantime, educational services as one of the most important urban utilities that receive significant levels of urban space are faced with problems such as scarcity, disproportionate distribution and disproportionate demographic needs, lack of adjacency. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to analyze the distribution of educational centers in the city of Piranshahr and to organize it appropriately. The research method is analytical-practical. In order to categorize and analyze these data, the nearest neighbors average, Moran’s I index and network analysis model are used. For this operation, ARC / GIS and Super Decisions software have been used. The results of the research indicate that the educational centers of Piranshahr have difficulty adapting to other uses and access. The maps from the research results suggest suitable spaces for the construction of educational places.
