تحلیلی بر تاثیر پراکندگی چشم اندازهای شهری در سطح برخورداری محلات از خدمات(مورد مطالعه: نورآباد ممسنی)

امروزه تحلیل پراکنش مکانی، ویژگی‌های ساختاری شهرها و نیز مدل‌سازی و پیش‌بینی تغییرات زمانی - مکانی آن‌ها به یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات پژوهشی تبدیل شده است. پراکندگی شهری، یک نوع رشد نامطلوب شهری است که یکی از نگرانی‌های عمده برنامه‌ریزان و مدیران شهری می‌باشد. در دهه‌های اخیر، تجزیه و تحلیل رشد شهری از دیدگاه‌های مختلف به دلایل بسیاری به یک عملیات اساسا ضروری تبدیل شده است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی سعی دربررسی تاثیرات پراکندگی شهری بر میزان برخورداری نواحی از خدمات شهری دارد. بدین منظور با استفاده از مدل‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره تاپسیس و آنتروپی شانون به ارزیابی و برخورداری این محلات از خدمات شهری پرداخته و از مدل هلدرن برای بیان درصد رشد نامتوازن و یا متوازن استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی ازآن است که اختلافات فاحشی از نظر میزان برخورداری از امکانات بین محلات شهر نورآباد مشاهده می‌شود. به طوری‌که محلات مرکزی شهر یعنی محله یک با نمره 0/622 و محله دو از ناحیه دوم شهری با نمره 0/517 که دارای شکلی متمرکز است در سطح برخوردار قرار می‌گیرند، در صورتی که محلات اسکان عشایر و دوراهی مثل محله پنجم که از مرکز شهر فاصله گرفته با نمره 0/268 در رده محروم از امکانات و خدمات شهری قرار دارند. به عبارتی نوعی عدم تعادل بین محلات و نواحی مختلف شهر از نظر دسترسی به خدمات متفاوت وجود دارد. و بیشترین سطح برخورداری شامل محلات متراکم و مرکزی شهر می‌باشد. و کمترین امکانات در محلات پراکنده‌ی شهری مشاهده می‌شوند.

Analysis on the impact of Urban Sprawl at the property level of municipal service neighborhoods(Case study: Noorabad Mamasani)

First quarters to enjoyment of these services with the use of the coefficient of Models changes and statistics examined and then using the model decision making several criteria to assess topsis and enjoying this urban slums of urban services has been dealt with. The results indicate that the discrepancies in the amount of enjoyment of the quarters of the city facilities is seen to be. So that the city central neighborhood hence of one and two neighborhood of Area two are High level. In the event that Eskan Ashaier and Dorahie neighborhoods Separated of the city center especially four and five neighborhood one area that has been scattered throughout the city Nurabad In the category of features and utilities are excluded.
