تعیین تقویم زمانی آسایش اقلیمی به‌منظور برنامه‌ریزی گردشگری در شهرهای منتخب توریستی کشور

عناصر اقلیمی بر آسایش انسان تاثیر فراوان دارد. پژوهش حاضر به تحلیل تقویم زمانی آسایش اقلیمی در چند شهر بزرگ کشور پرداخته است. در انتخاب شهرها سعی شده است که از همه مناطق اقلیمی کشور نماینده‌ای انتخاب گردد. هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی فصول مناسب ازلحاظ شرایط اقلیمی برای انجام فعالیت‌های توریستی در 15 شهر توریستی کشور می‌باشد که نتایج آن می‌تواند مورداستفاده گردشگران هم قرار گیرد. مهم‌ترین عناصر اقلیمی تاثیرگذار در آسایش انسان، عناصر دما، رطوبت، سرعت باد و بارش می‌باشد. در این پژوهش ابتدا اطلاعات مربوط به پارامترهای اقلیمی در دوره آماری 30 سال (2010- 1981) از سازمان هواشناسی دریافت گردید. بعد از دریافت اطلاعات مربوط به پارامترهای اقلیمی نسبت به استخراج آستانه‌های اقلیمی تاثیرگذار بر فعالیت‌های گردشگری اقدام و سپس درصد فراوانی روزانه عناصر تاثیرگذار نیز محاسبه گردید. در مرحله بعد بر مبنای مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی به‌صورت وزن دهی و بر اساس درجه اهمیت طی یک جدول ماتریسی به عدد مطلوبیت هر عنصر اقلیمی دست‌یافته‌ایم. درنهایت به شناسایی مناطق مناسب آسایش اقلیمی در شهرهای موردمطالعه در فصول مختلف پرداخته‌ایم. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که طول دوره آسایش اقلیمی در شهرها و مناطق مختلف کشور متفاوت است و در همه فصول می‌توان منطقه‌ای را که دارای شرایط اقلیمی مطلوبی برای فعالیت‌های توریستی باشد را پیدا کرد. با توجه به شرایط اقلیم آسایشی، مناسب‌ترین شرایط آسایش اقلیمی در فصل بهار به ترتیب مربوط به شهرهای مشهد، رشت، تبریز، کرمانشاه و اصفهان، در فصل تابستان مربوط به شهرهای رشت، اردبیل، مشهد، همدان و تبریز، در فصل پاییز مربوط به شهرهای بوشهر، بندرعباس، اهواز، سمنان و تهران و در فصل زمستان مربوط به شهرهای بندرعباس، اهواز، بوشهر، سمنان و زاهدان می‌باشد.

Determination climate comfort calendar in order to planning tourism activities in selected tourist cities

Climate elements have a great impact on human comfort. This study analyzes the climate comfort in the selected large cities. In selecting cities was tried from all regions of the country is selected a representative. The purpose of this research is to identify suitable seasons from the perspective of climatic conditions for tourist activities in 15 tourist cities of the country, which can be used by tourists as well. The Most elements have caused in the human comfort is temperature, humidity, wind speed and rainfall. In this study, data on climatic parameters in the period of 30 years (1981- 2010) was received from the meteorological organization. After obtaining information about climate parameters, extraction of climatic zones affecting tourism activities was performed and then the percentage of daily frequency of effective elements was calculated. In the next step based on (AHP) model as a weighting the degree of importance elements we have achieved to the climate desirability of each element.  Finally, have identified suitable areas based on climatic comfort in the studied cities in different seasons. The results show that during the Comfort’s climate is different in different areas and in all seasons can find the region that has a good climate. According to climatic comfort condition, the most suitable climatic conditions in the spring is respectively in the cities of Mashhad, Rasht, Tabriz, Kermanshah and Isfahan, in the summer the cities of Rasht, Ardabil, Mashhad, Hamadan, and Tabriz, in the autumn in The cities of Bushehr, Bandar Abbas, Ahvaz, Tehran and Semnan and in winter the cities of Bandar Abbas, Ahvaz, Bushehr, Semnan and Zahedan.
