تحلیل کاربری اراضی شهر ایلام بر اساس نظریه رشد هوشمند شهری

افزایش جمعیت در سال های اخیر و به دنبال آن گسترش پدیده شهرنشینی، موجب گردیده توسعه شهری و الگوهای مناسب در جهت رشد و توسعه کالبدی شهر، اهمیت ویژه ای یابد. در این زمینه جهت ساماندهی سطوح پراکنده شهری، از الگوهای نوین برنامه ریزی شهری از جمله رشد هوشمند استفاده می کنند. در این راستا این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی و تحلیل کاربری اراضی شهر ایلام بر اساس نظریه رشد هوشمند شهری به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام گرفته است. اطلاعات موردنیاز به روش اسنادی و میدانی گردآوری شده است. در این پژوهش با بهره گیری از نظرات 80 کارشناس و متخصص امور شهری و با استفاده از مدل ahp ، شاخص های موردنظر، وزن دهی گردیده و به وسیله مدل تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره electre، به تحلیل و ارزیابی نواحی چهارگانه شهر ایلام براساس شاخص های رشد هوشمند شهری پرداخته شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که توزیع کاربری در سطح شهر ایلام در سطح استاندارد نیست. همچنین در بخش رتبه بندی مناطق، منطقه یک شهری بیشترین انطباق را با شاخص‌های رشد هوشمند شهری دارد. این نشان می‌دهد که کاربری اراضی موجود در این منطقه نسبت به دیگر مناطق شهری به شکل مناسب‌تر و منطبق با اصول رشد هوشمند شهری تخصیص یافته‌اند.

Land use analysis of Ilam city based on smart urban growth theory

The growth of population in recent years and the increasing urbanization have caused urban development and proper patterns of growth and urban body development to become very important. To organize the scattered urban surface areas, modern patterns are used for urban planning such as the smart growth. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to investigate and analyze the land use in Ilam City based on the theory of smart urban growth. The research is analytical-descriptive. The data is gathered by documentary method and field method. The intended indices have been weighed according to the opinions of 80 experts in urban affairs and by the use of AHP Model and then they have analyzed and evaluated the four districts of Ilam City by the use of multi-criteria decision making analysis, ELECTRE, and based on the indices of smart urban growth. The findings reveal that land use distribution in Ilam City is not standard. Moreover, in ranking the districts, district number one has the most compatibility with the indices of smart urban growth which indicates that the current land use in this district is more appropriate and compatible with the principles of smart urban growth comparing other districts.
