چکیده
|
یکی از مهم ترین موضوعات روز در برنامه ریزی منطقه ای و توسعه همگون، بحث پایداری با هدف عدالت درحوزه روابط انسان و طبیعت و رعایت عدالت اجتماعی است. مطابق نظریات جدید رشد ، سرمایه انسانی به عنوان عامل اساسی در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی جوامع مد نظر می باشد . از این رو ، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر شاخص سرمایه انسانی بر همگرایی اقتصادی کشورهای منتخب درحال توسعه است . بدین منظور از شاخص سرمایه انسانی (eduh) وشاخص پایداری اقتصادی (vgdp) برای دوره زمانی 2018-2001 ، به روش اقتصاد سنجی داده های تابلویی استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده نشانگرتاثیرمثبت سرمایه انسانی، تاثیرمثبت درجه باز بودن و تاثیر منفی تورم بر ثبات اقتصادی می باشد. به عبارت دیگر با افزایش سرمایه انسانی، پایداری اقتصاد منطقه ای در کشورهای منتخب افزایش می یابد.واژه های کلیدی :سرمایه انسانی ، توسعه پایدار ، پایداری اقتصاد منطقه ای، داده های تابلویی ، کشورهای منتخب.

Analyzing and evaluating the impact of human capital on stability and convergence in the regional economy (Panel Data Approach)AbstractOne of the most important issues in regional planning and sustainable development today is the sustainable discussion of justice in the field of humannature relations and social justice. According to new growth theories, human capital is seen as a key factor in the economic growth and development of societies. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to investigate the impact of human capital index on economic convergence of selected developing countries. For this purpose, the Human Capital Index (EDUH) and Economic Sustainability Index (VGDP) for the period 2001–2001 have been used as panel data econometrics. The results show the positive impact of human capital, the positive effect of openness and the negative impact of inflation on economic stability.
