ارزیابی و تحلیل تاثیر مولفه های سرمایه اجتماعی در توسعه شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر زابل)

لازمه پیشبرد توسعه در هر جامعه، به داشتن پشتوانه های اجتماعی بستگی دارد که سرمایه اجتماعی یکی از آن‌ها است که دارای عناصری چون اعتماد اجتماعی، انسجام اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی و آگاهی اجتماعی می‌باشد. هدف مقاله حاضر ارزیابی و تحلیل تاثیر مولفه های سرمایه اجتماعی در توسعه شهری در شهر زابل می باشد. مقاله حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش توصیفی تحلیلی می باشد. نحوه جمع آوری اطلاعات «پیمایشی» است، نمونه آماری این پژوهش با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384  نفر از شهروندان بالای 15 سال شهر زابل می باشد که به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای و تصادفی ساده انتخاب‌شده‌اند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها نیز در نرم‌افزارspss، با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی رگرسیون برای آزمون فرضیه ها و آزمونt-test  برای سنجش گویه ها انجام‌شده است. یافته‌های حاصل نشان داد که رابطه بین مولفه های سرمایه اجتماعی و توسعه شهری تایید می شود. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام، حاکی از آن است که دو متغیر انسجام اجتماعی و اعتماد اجتماعی در معادله باقی‌مانده‌اند و بالاترین تاثیر را در تبیین متغیر وابسته )توسعه شهری) داشته اند. درنهایت بر اساس نتایج حاصله از این پژوهش می توان بیان کرد که سرمایه اجتماعی می تواند نیروی معنوی بسیار قوی برای توسعه شهری است.

Assessment and Analysis of the Effect of Social Capital Components on Urban Development (Case Study: Zabol City)

The prerequisite for the development of development in any society depends on having social support, of which social capital is one that has elements such as social trust, social cohesion, social participation, and social awareness. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and analyze the impact of social capital components on urban development in Zabol. The present article is applied in terms of purpose and descriptiveanalytical in terms of method. How to collect information is survey. The statistical sample of this study using Cochran’s formula is 384 citizens over 15 years of age in Zabol who were selected by simple stratified and random sampling. Data analysis and analysis were also performed in Spss software using regression correlation coefficient to test the hypotheses and ttest to measure the items. The findings showed that the relationship between the components of social capital and urban development is confirmed. Also, the results of stepbystep regression analysis indicate that the two variables of social cohesion and social trust remain in the equation and have the highest effect on explaining the dependent variable (urban development). Finally, based on the results of this study, it can be stated that social capital can be a very strong spiritual force for urban development. Keywords: Social capital, Social awareness
