چکیده
|
یک گام اساسی برای مدیریت و برنامه ریزی توسعه شهری بررسی و شبیه سازی توسعه فیزیکی شهر می باشد. در دنیای امروز، از فناوری های سنجش از دور (rs) و سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (gis) برای مدیریت شهری استفاده های فراوانی می شود. این دو فن، ابزار موثری را برای جمع آوری و تحلیل اطلاعات زمانی-مکانی فراهم می سازد. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره ای چندزمانه لندست، روند توسعه کالبدی منطقه 15 شهر تهران از سال 1985 تا سال 2015 مورد ارزیابی و مقایسه قرار داده است. تصاویر استفاده شده در این تحقیق، تصاویر tm 1985، etm+ 2002 وoli 2015 از ماهواره لندست می باشند. نتایج بیانگر این است که، منطقه مورد مطالعه در فاصله زمانی 1985 تا 2015 با حدود 10.75 درصد رشد شهری مواجه بوده است و تغییر کاربری در این بازه زمانی در افزایش دو کلاس اراضی مسکونی و کاربری های تجاری و کاهش دوکاربری صنعتی و اراضی بایر بوده است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از پردازش تصاویر ماهواره ای، منطقه 15 گسترش فضایی-کالبدی قابل توجهی داشته است.

Abstract
|
A stepbystep approach to urban planning and planning is to examine and simulate the physical development of the city. In today’s world, remote sensing technology (RS) and geographic information system (GIS) are widely used for urban management. The two technicians provide an effective tool for collecting and analyzing timespace information. In this regard, the present study uses landslide multitemporal satellite imagery and evaluates the trend of the development of the city’s 15th district in Tehran from 1985 to 2015. The images used in this study are TM 1985, ETM + 2002 and OLI 2015 from Landsat. In the present study, urban development and land use changes in the 15th district of Tehran were studied. The results indicated that the study area had a growth rate of about 10.75% in the period from 1985 to 2015, and the change in the use of this time period in increasing the two classes of residential land and commercial use and reducing the use of industrial areas and Land was a land. Regarding the results of satellite images processing, area 15 has had a significant spatialphysical expansion.
