نقش فناوری های نوین در پیشگیری از جرم

زمینه و هدف: امروزه استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم در جوامع دارد. با گذر زمان شاهد درخواست و استفاده روز افزون از فناوری‌ها برای انجام ماموریت‌های پلیس هستیم، از این‌رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی نقش فناوری‌های نوین در پیشگیری از جرم می‌باشد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث ماهیت توصیفی – تحلیلی و از نظر روش کیفی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل نخبگان متخصص و متبحر در موضوع فناوری و پیشگیری از جرم هستند، که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 25 نفر به‌عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب گردیدند، که در ادامه با 14 نفر مصاحبه به اشباع رسید، ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته بود و برای اطمینان از روایی از نظرات اساتید و برای پایایی از روش باز آزمون، مقایسه و تکرارپذیری استفاده گردید. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده به‌روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها تحقیق، سه نقش نظارتی، پیش‌بینی کننده و مشارکتی برای فناوری‌های نوین در بحث پیشگیری از جرم مطرح می‌باشد که هرکدام توانمندی خاصی در راستای پیشگیری از جرم دارند.نتایج: پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌های نوین فناوری‌ در پیشگیری از جرم و به‌خصوص روش‌های مورد بحث در این خصوص که بتواند موانع لازم برای انصراف از ارتکاب جرم ایجاد نماید، نویدبخش پیشگیری از جرم خواهد بود.

background and purpose: today، the use of new technologies have played an important role in preventing crime in societies، and with the passage of time، we see the increasing use of these technologies with the advice of the police، hence the purpose of this research is to investigate the role of technology. it is in the prevention of crimeanning and implementing appropriate tools to fulfill the roles of technology، we will see a reduction in crimes.research method: the current research is applied in terms of purpose، in terms of descriptive-analytical nature and in terms of qualitative method. the statistical population includes elite experts and experts in technology and crime prevention، 25 people were selected as the statistical population through a targeted sampling method، which was then saturated with 14 people interviewed the data collection tool was a semi-structured interview، and to ensure the validity of professors' opinions، and for reliability، retest، comparison and repeatability methods were used. the collected data were analyzed by thematic analysis method and using max qda software.findings: based on the findings of the research، there are three supervisory، predictive and collaborative roles for new technologies in crime prevention، each of which has a specific capability in crime prevention.results: the implementation of programs on the role of new technologies in crime prevention، especially the techniques discussed in this regard، which can create the necessary obstacles to refrain from committing crimes، will be promising for crime prevention.
