عوامل موثر بر پیشگیری از سرقت تجهیزات برق

طراحی شبکه‌های توزیع برق، سرقت آن،افزایش قیمت فلزات مخصوصاً فلز مس ،یکی از جرائم شایع است. هدف از تحقیق،شناسایی عوامل موثر در پیشگیری از وقوع جرائم سرقت تجهیزات برق است.پژوهش ازنظرهدف کاربردی ازحیث روش توصیفی،تحلیلی وازنظر ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی و روش نمونه‌گیری،غیر احتمالی از نوع گلوله برفی است، جامعه آماری 22نفرازکارشناسان حوزه پیشگیری ازسرقت بوده وبه‌منظورتحلیل مصاحبه نامه ازکدگذاری باز،محوری وگزینشی وابزارمصاحبه نامه،نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده‌شده است.در پیشگیری وضعی افزایش تلاش وزحمت ارتکاب جرم با34درصددررتبه اول،افزایش خطرجرم برای سارقین با 26 درصد دررتبه دوم وحذف بهانه‌های سرقت با 20 درصد در رتبه سوم قرار دارند،در پیشگیری اجتماعی آگاهی بخشی و اصلاح باورهای دینی در پیشگیری از سرقت تجهیزات برق، توانمندسازی فردی واجتماعی در پیشگیری از سرقت تجهیزات برق و تقویت کنشگران اجتماعی در پیشگیری از سرقت تجهیزات برق هرکدام با 26 درصددررتبه اول ومفهوم مدیریت نیازها با 22 درصددررتبه دوم و در پیشگیری انتظامی، افزایش سرعت اطلاع از ارتکاب سرقت تجهیزات برق با 28 درصد در رتبه اول،افزایش سرعت حضور پلیس درصحنه سرقت تجهیزات برق با 24 درصد در رتبه دوم و بالا بردن سرعت عمل و نزدیکی به مردم برای کشف و شناسایی سارقین تجهیزات برق با 20 درصد در رتبه سوم قرار دارند. مفاهیم و مقولات حاصل از مصاحبه نامه با استفاده از فن‌های کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی در سه نوع پیشگیری اجتماعی، پیشگیری وضعی و پیشگیری انتظامی طبقه‌بندی شدند که پیشگیری وضعی با 71 درصد در رتبه اول، پیشگیری اجتماعی با 21 درصد در رتبه دوم و پیشگیری انتظامی با 8 درصد دررتبه سوم قراردارند.

designing electricity distribution networks, stealing it, increasing the price of metals, especially copper metal, is one of the common crimes. the purpose of the research is to identify the effective factors in preventing the occurrence of electrical equipment theft crimes. the research is applied in terms of its descriptive and analytical method, and in terms of the nature of the qualitative data and the non-probability sampling method of the snowball type, the statistical population is 22 experts in the field of theft prevention and for the purpose of interview analysis. open, axial and selective coding and semi-structured interview tool were used in the letter.in situational prevention, increasing effort by 34% is in the first place, increasing the risk of crime by 26% in the second place, and removing excuses for theft by 20% are in the third place. electrical equipment and strengthening social activists in the prevention of theft of electrical equipment each with 26% in the first place and the concept of needs management with 22% in the second place and in police prevention, increasing the speed of information about the theft of electrical equipment with 28% in the first place, increasing the speed of police presence at the scene of theft electrical equipment is in second place with 24% and increasing the speed of action and being close to people to discover and identify thieves of electrical equipment is in third place with 20%.
