بررسی شیوه‌های مشارکت عمومی در پیشگیری از سرقت منزل (مورد مطالعه شهرکرد)

زمینه و هدف: رویکرد جامعه‌محوری و مشارکت‌دادن مردم در تصمیم‌سازی‌های سازمان‌های خدماتی از جمله پلیس، علاوه بر افزایش ضمانت اجرای برنامه‌ها، تحقق هدف را نیز آسان‌تر می‌نماید. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی شیوه‌های مشارکت عمومی در پیشگیری از سرقت منزل (مورد مطالعه شهرکرد) انجام گردید. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی، از نظر روش پژوهش به شیوه ترکیبی و به لحاظ شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در زمره پژوهش‌های میدانی (پیمایشی) است. در این پژوهش در ابتدا با استفاده از مصاحبه نسبت به شناسایی گویه‌های مولفه-های مشارکت در سه دسته مشورت با مردم، همراه‌سازی و یادگیری اجتماعی شناسایی و پرسشنامه تدوین و اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری در دو گروه کیفی به تعداد 14 نفر متخصص در حوزه عملکرد کلانتری و کمی تعداد 175 نفر تعیین گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss صورت گرفت و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و پیمایشی استفاده گردید. در بخش کیفی داده‌ها به روش مقوله‌بندی ،دسته‌بندی و کدگذاری تدوین شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج بررسی فرضیه‌ها نشان داد بین مشارکت عمومی در سه مولفه مشورت با مردم، همراه‌سازی و یادگیری اجتماعی در پیشگیری سرقت منزل رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. یافته‌های تحلیل رگرسیون بیانگر این است که مشارکت عمومی و مولفه ای آن قادر به پیش‌بینی 26.4 درصد از پیشگیری های سرقت منزل هستند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد تقویت مشارکت عمومی و مولفه های شامل مشورت با مردم، همراه‌سازی مردم و یادگیری اجتماعی آن می‌تواند در پیشگیری از سرقت موثر واقع شود.

examining public participation methods in preventing burglary(case study of shahrekord)

background and aim: a community-oriented approach and involving people in the decision-making of service organizations, including the police, in addition to increasing the guarantee of the implementation of programs, also makes it easier to achieve the goal. the aim of this study was to investigate the methods of public participation in the prevention of home burglary (shahrekord case study). method: the present study is applied in terms of purpose, combined in terms of research method and in terms of data collection method in the field of field research (survey). in this study, at first, using interviews to identify the components of participation in three categories of public consultation, socialization and social learning, a questionnaire was identified and a questionnaire was developed and implemented. the statistical population in the two qualitative groups was 14 experts in the field of police performance and 175 were quantitative. data were analyzed using spss software and descriptive and survey statistics were used to analyze the data. in the qualitative part, the data were compiled by categorization, categorization and coding. results: the results of the hypotheses showed that there is a significant relationship between public participation in the three components of public consultation, socialization and social learning in the prevention of burglary. the findings of regression analysis indicate that public and component participation is able to predict 26.4% of burglary prevention. conclusion: the results showed that strengthening public participation and components including consultation with the public, socializing and social learning can be effective in preventing theft.
