تاثیر گرم خانه خاوران در پیشگیری از وقوع جرایم در محدوده جنوب شرق تهران

زمینه وهدف: یکی از چالشها ی کلانشهر تهران مسئله حضورتعداد زیادی افراد بیخانمان در این شهر است . گرمخانه خاوران به عنوان بزرگترین گرمخانه شهر تهران جهت ساماندهی واسکان شبانه افراد بیخانمان ساخته شده است.در این تحقیق تلاش ما بر این است تا تاثیرگرمخانه خاوران را بر پیشگیری از وقوع جرایم در جنوب شرق تهران مورد بررسی قرار دهیم .روش تحقیق : تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده و به روش پیمایشی – تحلیلی انجام و یک تحقیق آمیخته است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی 13نفراز افراد بیخانمان و7نفر از کارکنان انتظامی و روش نمونه گیری از این دوگروه به ترتیب نمونه گیری تصادفی ونمونه گیری هدفمند و منبع داده ها مصاحبه بوده است.جامعه آماری دربخش کمی ساکنان محله پیرامون گرمخانه بوده که به روش نمونه گیری احتمالی خوشه ای انتخاب وحجم نمونه به تعداد148 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان محاسبه وبرای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه وجهت آزمودن فرضیه هااز روشهای آماری توصیفی ، ازمون کولوموگروف – اسمیرنوف و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spssاستفاده شده است.ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﮔﺮمﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﺧﺎوران در ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از ﺟﺮم در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ و ﻓﺮاﻣﺤﻠﯽ و ﺑﻪ دو ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻨﻔﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮات ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻓﺮاﻣﺤﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﺳﮑﺎن ﺑﯽﺧﺎﻧﻤﺎنﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان در ﮔﺮمﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﺧﺎوران در ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از وﻗﻮع ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ و ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺤﻠﺎت ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان ﮐﻪ دور از ﮔﺮمﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، ﻣﺆﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ. اﻣﺎ اﯾﻦ ﮔﺮمﺧﺎﻧﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ در ﺷﻬﺮکﻫﺎی ﻣﺠﺎور ﮔﺮمﺧﺎﻧﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﻠﺎت اﺛﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ در ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از ﺟﺮاﯾﻢ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.

evaluating the effect of khavaran homeless shelter in preventing crimes in the southeastern part of tehran.

background and aim: one of the challenges of tehran metropolis is the presence of a large number of homeless people in this city. khavaran homeless shelter has been built as the largest hothouse in tehran to organize night shelters for homeless people. in this study, we try to investigate the impact of khavaran homeless shelter on crime prevention in the southeast of tehran.research method: the present study is applied in terms of purpose and has been done by survey-analytical method and is a mixed research. the statistical population in the qualitative section was 13 homeless people and 7 law enforcement officers and the sampling method of these two groups were random sampling and purposeful sampling and the source of the data were interviews. selection cluster and sample size of 148 people were calculated using morgan table and to collect data, a questionnaire was used to test the hypotheses by descriptive statistical methods, kolomogorov-smirnov test and pearson correlation coefficient and spss software was used to analyze the data.findings: khavaran homeless shelter is effective in crime prevention at both extra-local and local levels in both positive and negative ways. at the local level, thishomeless shelter has been effective in reducing crimes such as petty theft, fatal accidents, suspicious deaths, vagrancy, begging and harassment, but at the local level, it has caused insecurity among neighborhood residents and their negative attitude towards the preventive operation of the homeless shelter is.
