تاثیر پیشگیری از جرم بر امینت عمومی

زمینه و هدف: استقرار امنیت عمومی در جامعه مستلزم ایجاد بسترهای مناسب در قالب تقویت عوامل حمایتی و رفع عوامل خطر ساز است. پیشگیری از وقوع جرم یکی از راه‌های تحقق امنیت عمومی به شمار می‌رود، بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش تاثیرسنجی پیشگیری از جرم بر امنیت عمومی است.روش تحقیق: پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی- پیمایشی می‌باشد، جمع آوری داده با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانه‌ای و پرسش‌نامه انجام و روایی و پایایی آن با استفاده از اعمال نظرات خبرگان و آزمون ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید، جامعه آماری تحقیق به تعداد 96 نفر از کارشناسان انتظامی و امنیتی خبره و با تجربه در مسائل امنیتی و متبحر در امر پیشگیری در کشور و به‌صورت تمام شمار صورت گرفته و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده از رگرسیون خطی و چندمتغیره استفاده گردیده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد پیشگیری از جرم به ترتیب بر 1- بعد نهادی شامل؛ پلیس و سیستم عدالت کیفری، 2- بعد مادی شامل؛ حیات، اموال و آبروی مردم و 3- بعد ذهنی شامل؛ نظم عمومی و اخلاق حسنه امنیت عمومی بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را دارند.نتایج: برنامه‌ریزی برای پیشگیری از جرم از طریق تمرکز و توجه بر ابعاد امنیت عمومی موفقیت و اقتدار سازمان‌های متولی پیشگیری از جرم در جهت تولید و احساس امنیت در جامعه را دو چندان نموده و راه را برای سایر برنامه ریزی‌های کلان کشوری مهیا خواهد نمود.

background and purpose: the establishment of public security in society requires the creation of appropriate platforms in the form of strengthening protective factors and eliminating risk factors, in this regard, crime prevention is one of the ways to achieve public security, so the purpose of this research measuring the impact of crime prevention on public security.research method: the research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of its nature and method, data collection using library documents and a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which was calculated using experts' opinions and cronbach's alpha coefficient test. the research was carried out on the number of 96 law enforcement and security experts with experience in security issues and experts in prevention in the country, and linear and multivariate regression was used for data analysis.findings: the findings show that crime prevention includes, respectively, 1-institutional dimension; police and criminal justice system, 2-material dimension including; life, property and reputation of people and 3- mental dimension including; public order and good morals of public security have the most influence.results: planning for crime prevention by focusing and paying attention to the aspects of public security will double the success and authority of organizations in charge of crime prevention in the direction of producing and feeling of security in the society and will pave the way for other macro-planning of the country.
