بررسی عوامل درون‌سازمانی موثر بر موفقیت گشت‌های کلانتری در پیشگیری ازجرم (مورد مطالعه سرکلانتری دوم و پنجم فاتب 1401)

زمینه و هدف: گشت‌های کلانتری، حلقه ارتباطی مردم با پلیس، نماینده و نماد پلیس در سطح اجتماع بوده و در نوک پیکان برخورد با مجرمان و بزهکاران قرار دارند، به‌گونه‌ای که مردم براساس الگوی ظاهری، رفتار، برخورد و عملکرد یک افسر گشت انتظامی یا سایر عناصر واحد گشتی، در مورد کل سازمان پلیس قضاوت می‌کنند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی عوامل درون‌سازمانی موثر بر موفقیت گشت‌های کلانتری در پیشگیری از جرم در سرکلانتری دوم و پنجم فاتب انجام شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به‌روش کمی پس از جمع‌آوری اطلاعات اولیه از طریق مطالعه اسنادی، کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی با ابزار پرسش‌نامه از 977 نفر جامعه آماری شامل: خبرگان و کارشناسان معاونت پلیس پیشگیری و افسران گشت سرکلانتری‌های دوم و پنجم فاتب انجام شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: باتوجه به یافته‌ها ساختار سازمانی؛ نحوه آموزش و میزان انگیزه بیشترین تاثیر در موفقیت گشتی‌ها در پیشگیری از جرم را داشته است، به این معنی که با ارتقای یک واحد از متغیرهای مدل به‌ترتیب متغیرهای نحوه‌ آموزش (0٫420 واحد)، میزان انگیزه (0٫310 واحد) و ساختار سازمانی (0٫248 واحد) بیشترین تاثیر در موفقیت گشتی‌ها در پیشگیری از جرم را خواهند داشت و در خصوص موفقیت بیشتر گشت‌های کلانتری در پیشگیری از جرم در سرکلانتری دوم و پنجم فاتب، راهکارهای مشخص می‌شود..

context and purpose: police patrols are the communication link between the people and the police, , behavior, treatment and performance of a police patrol officer. and other elements of the patrol unit judge the whole organization. the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating internal organizational factors affecting the success of police station patrols in preventing car theft in the second and fifth police stations of fateb 1401.research findings: according to the value of the correlation coefficient (r2=0.881), motivation level, (r2=0.732), training method, (r2=0.805) and organizational structure, there is a significant positive relationship with the success of patrols in preventing the crime of car theft. organizational factors affecting the success of the police patrol in preventing theft based on the regression equation include:y=641+310 (level of motivation) + (organizational structure)248.+(methodof education) 420. conclusion: according to the regression equation, the greatest effect of the patrols' success in preventing the crime of car theft includes: the variables of the training method, the level of motivation and the organizational structure, which means that by improving one unit of the model variables, respectively, the variables of the training method ( 0.420 units), the level of motivation (0.310 units) and organizational structure (0.248 units) will have the greatest effect on the success of patrols in preventing car theft crimes, and solutions were suggested for the success of police patrols in preventing car thefts in the second and fifth police stations of fateb.
