نقش مبلمان شهری در پیشگیری از دادوستد و مصرف خرد موادمخدر (موردپژوهی بافت فرسوده شهر خرم‌آباد)

زمینه و هدف: فضای شهری، فضای بی‌روح همچون ساختمان‌ها و دیوارهای احاطه شده در آن نیست، زندگی در شهر با تنوع ارزش‌ها و پندارها، مردمان دیگر نقاط را به خود جذب کرده. با گسترش کالبدی و جمعیتی شهرها تعداد جرائم نیز روبه‌افزایش گذاشته که یکی از پیامدهای آن، ناهنجاری‌های شهری جرائم مصرف و خریدوفروش موادمخدر است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش مبلمان شهری در پیشگیری از دادوستد خرد موادمخدر است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است که با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی مبتنی بر اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای، آماری و به‌صورت موردکاوی انجام‌یافته است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات به روش استفاده از آمارها و اسناد و مراجعه حضوری در مکان‌هاست. جامعۀ آماری در این پژوهش، تعداد 491 فقره پرونده قضایی از پرونده های تشکیل شده در خصوص جرم خریدوفروش مواد‌مخدر در شهر خرم‌آباد موردمطالعه قرار گرفته است.یافته‌ها: اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده از پرونده‌های قضایی تشکیل شده حدود 98 درصد جرائم خریدوفروش موادمخدر در 6 منطقه شهری ذکر شده وقوع یافته و حدود 6/96 درصد تعداد جرائم مصرف موادمخدر با اندکی تمایز در این مناطق ارتکاب یافته‌اند.نتایج: بررسی‌های صورت‌گرفته و تحلیل‌های ارائه شده در ارتباط با توزیع وقوع جرائم خرد و خرید، فروش و مصرف مواد‌مخدر در مناطق مختلف شهر می‌توان گفت که ضرورت بهینه‌سازی مبلمان شهری باتوجه‌به خصوصیات بافتی این شهر می‌تواند ضمن گسترش زیبایی آرایی در شهر به افزایش ضریب امنیتی و کاهش فرصت ارتکاب جرم و افزایش نظارت کمک شایانی نماید.
