پیشگیری غیرکیفری از مخاطرات زیست محیطی ناشی از پسماندهای بیمارستانی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از بحث‌هایی که در بهداشت محیط زیست وجود دارد جمع‌آوری، امحاء و دفن پسماندهای بیمارستانی از جمله اتاق عمل، تزریقات، بانک خون، دیالیز، داروهای تاریخ گذشته، پارچه‌ها و البسة خون‌آلود و همچنین زباله‌های تیز و برنده مانند تیغ جراحی، فیلترهای دیالیز، سوُند، کیسه ادرار و غیره است که جزء پسماندهای عفونی خطرناک بوده و یکی از معضلات جدی محیط زیست در چند سال گذشته می‌باشد که در بسیاری از نقاط کشور همچنان به روش سنتی و غیر‌بهداشتی انجام می‌شود و این موضوع تاکنون خسارات جبران‌ناپذیری را به همراه داشته است، این پژوهش با هدف راهکارهای مقابله‌ای و پیشگیرانه غیرکیفری از مخاطرات زیست محیطی ناشی از پسماندهای بیمارستانی ارائه شده است.روش: تحقیق حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: اهمیت پیشگیری از یک‌سو و افزایش مخاطرات زیست محیطی ناشی از پسماندهای بیمارستانی از سوی دیگر منجر به بررسی این پژوهش شده که راهکارهای غیر‌کیفری نظیر طرح تفکیک اصولی پسماندها از یکدیگر، روش دفن بهداشتی، آموزش به پرسنل و کارکنان در جهت تفکیک پسماندها و بروز خطر انتقال ویروس، روش پیشگیرانه مدیریت خطر و هماهنگی بین ارگان‌های مربوطه در مدیریت پسماندها مورد ارزیابی و واکاوی در جهت کاهش مخاطرات زیست‌‌محیطی ناشی از پسماندهای بیمارستانی قرار گرفته است.

background and purpose: one of the debates in environmental health is the collection, disposal, and burial of hospital waste, including operating rooms, injections, blood banks, dialysis, out-of-date drugs, bloody cloths and clothes, as well as garbage. sharp and sharp objects such as surgical blades, dialysis filters, catheters, urine bags, etc., which are dangerous infectious wastes and one of the serious problems of the environment in the past few years, are still performed in traditional and unhygienic ways in many parts of the country. and this issue has brought irreparable damages so far, this research is presented with the aim of non-criminal countermeasures and preventive measures against environmental hazards caused by hospital wastes.method: the present research was conducted using a descriptive and analytical method.findings and results: the importance of prevention on the one hand and the increase in environmental hazards caused by hospital waste on the other hand led to the investigation of this research that non-criminal solutions such as the basic separation of waste from one another, sanitary burial method, training to personnel and employees in the direction separation of wastes and risk of virus transmission, preventive risk management method and coordination between relevant bodies in waste management have been evaluated and analyzed in order to reduce environmental risks caused by hospital wastes.
