جایگاه رسانه ها در پیشگیری از بزهکاری در سیاست جنایی ایران

زمینه و هدف: از آنجا که جوامع بشری همواره از ازل تاکنون در پی برقراری زندگی آرمانی و اجتماعی و به دور از تنش و مبتنی بر صلح و پرهیز از ورود خسارت و زیان می‌باشند، همواره به دنبال اتخاذ تدابیر و راهکارهایی می‌باشند که در راستای نیل به این مهم کارساز باشد؛ از این رو، در هر کشور، پیشگیری از وقوع جرم، محور سیاست جنایی مدبرانه محسوب می شود و برای نیل به این هدف از ابزارها و امکانات مختلفی در انواع سیاست‌های اتخاذی اعم از سیاست جنایی تقنینی، قضایی و اجرایی بهره‌برداری می‌شود و مهم‌ترین و اساسی‌ترین راهکار اتخاذی برای نیل به امر پیشگیری، سامان‌دهی و کنترل تاثیر رسانه‌های مختلف گروهی می‌باشد که امروزه نقش مهمی در توسعه ارتباطات جهانی و ملی پیدا کرده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: ویژگی و شاخصه‌ی محوری سیاست جنایی در جرائم متاثر از رسانه، اتخاد سیاست‌های کارآمد تقنینی، قضایی و اجرایی در راستای نیل به پیشگیری از وقوع بزه می‌باشد؛ به نحوی که رسانه به عنوان ابزاری که تاثیر مستقیم و اساسی بر رفتار افراد دارد، نه تنها عاملی برای وقوع بزه نباشد، بلکه ابزاری برای پیشگیری از بزهکاری باشد. استفاده از ظرفیت های جامعه مدنی و مشارکت مردم و اتخاذ آموزش همگانی به وسیله رسانه‌ها در راستای پیشگیری از جرم مهم‌ترین شاخصه سیاست جنایی مشارکتی می‌باشد.

background and purpose: since human societies have always sought to establish an ideal and social life far from tension and based on peace and avoiding damage and loss, they are always seeking to adopt measures and solutions. which is effective in achieving this goal, therefore, in every country, the prevention of crime is considered to be the focus of prudent criminal policy, and to achieve this goal, there are various tools and facilities in all types of adopted policies, including legislative criminal policy, it is used judicially and executively, and the most important and basic strategy adopted to achieve prevention, organizing and controlling the influence of various media groups, which today has found an important role in the development of global and national communications.method: the present research was carried out using a descriptive and analytical method.findings and results: the key characteristic and feature of criminal policy in crimes affected by the media is the adoption of effective legislative, judicial and executive policies in order to prevent the occurrence of crime in such a way that the media as a tool that has a direct and fundamental effect on behavior people should not only be a factor in the occurrence of crime, but also a tool to prevent crime. using the capacities of civil society and people’s participation and adopting public education through the media in order to prevent crime is the most important indicator of participatory criminal policy.
