علت شناسی و ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیری غیرکیفری از پدیده بزه‌دیدگی اطفال در فضای مجازی

زمینه و هدف: بر اساس آموزه‌های جرم‌شناسی، اصل اول برای پیشگیری و وضع تدابیر بازدارنده از بروز جرایم، شناخت علل و عوامل ارتکاب جرم از ابعاد مختلف است، بنابراین طبق همین اصل، برای اینکه بتوان راهکارهای دقیق و عملیاتی در حوزه پیشگیری از بروز بزه‌دیدگی اطفال در فضای مجازی در نظر گرفت، نیاز است که بدواً علل و عوامل بروز جرم علیه اطفال و بزه‌دیدگی آنها در فضای مجازی را مورد بررسی قرار داد و سپس ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیری غیرکیفری نمود.روش: پژوهش حاضر به صورت روش توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: یافته های پژوهش موید این مطلب است که بزه‌دیدگی اطفال در فضای مجازی به واسطه بروز دلایلی نظیر فقدان نظارت والدین بر فعالیت مجازی اطفال، ناکافی بودن فرهنگ‌سازی استفاده از فضای مجازی برای اطفال، ناکافی بودن سیاست‌های مربوط به اوقات فراغت و سرگرمی صحیح اطفال و فقدان سیاست‌های بالادستی برای نظارت بر فضای مجازی اطفال شکل می‌گیرد که برای بازدارندگی از بزه دیدگی اطفال، باید بر روی این علل تمرکز صورت گیرد و با اعمال راهکارهای پیشگیری وضعی از طریق پیش‌بینی فیلترینگ، پیش‌بینی سیم کارت مخصوص کودکان، اقدامات پلیس فتا و لزوم تعیین رمز عبور و هم چنین اعمال راهکارهای پیشگیری اجتماعی رشد مدار از طریق خانواده ها، مدارس و رسانه ها بتوان  بخش مهمی از آمار بزه دیدگی اطفال در فضای مجازی را کاهش داد.

background and purpose: based on the teachings of criminology, the first principle to prevent and establish measures to prevent the occurrence of crimes is to know the causes and factors of committing crimes from different dimensions, so according to this principle, in order to be able to provide precise and operational solutions in the field of preventing the occurrence of victims and considering committing crimes against children in cyberspace, it is necessary to first examine the causes and factors of crimes against children and their victimization in cyberspace.method: the present research was carried out using a descriptive and analytical method.findings and results: the findings of the research confirm that the victimization of children in the cyberspace occurs due to the emergence of legal reasons, political reasons, economic reasons, cultural reasons and personal reasons related to children, which must be focused on in order to prevent crimes against children. these reasons should be focused and by removing the defects of the laws, increasing the sensitivity in the centers that make macro policies, increasing the awareness and computer science of parents and their supervision, an important part of the statistics of crimes against children in cyber space can be reduced.
