علت شناسی اقدام به خودکشی و ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیرانه با تاکید بر آموزه های عرفانی و دینی (مطالعه موردی شهرستان پارس آباد)

زمینه و هدف: خودکشی یکی از ده علت مرگ‌ومیر در دنیا محسوب می­شود و هم‌چنین، یک معضل عمده در بهداشت و سلامت اجتماعی می‌باشد که هزینه‌های سنگینی را به جوامع تحمیل می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی علل و زمینه‌های اقدام به خودکشی در شهرستان پارس‌آباد و ارائه راهکارهای پیشگیری از آن انجام شده است.روش: شیوه پژوهش ترکیبی با رویکرد اکتشافی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است و از دو روش پژوهشی کیفی و کمی استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل متخصصان و کارشناسان در زمینه‌های مشاوره خانواده، روان‌پزشک‌ها، کارکنان بیمارستان‌ها، مراکز بهزیستی و بهداشت و درمان می‌باشند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند.یافته‌‌ها و نتایج: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد مهم‌ترین علل اقدام به خودکشی در شهرستان پارس‌آباد مواردی نظیر مسائل و مشکلات خانوادگی، ازدواج و مسائل عاطفی و ناموسی، اعتیاد و مشروبات الکلی، مشکلات اقتصادی و مالی، ناهنجاری و بیماری‌های روانی می‌باشد. بنابراین، نیازهای فرهنگی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و عاطفی گروه‌های مختلف اجتماع باید بررسی شده و عوامل زمینه‌ساز آن حذف گردد و از طرفی، با تکیه بر عرفان و آموزه‌های دینی می‌توان شاهد کاهش خودکشی بود؛ زیرا آمارهای موجود داخلی و خارجی گویای کم بودن اقدام به خودکشی در جوامع مسلمان نسبت به جوامع غیرمسلمان است که باورها و مناسک اسلامی به دو روش مستقیم و غیرمستقیم در کاهش اقدام به خودکشی افراد دیندار تاثیرگذار است.

etiology of suicide attempts and providing preventive solutions with emphasis on mystical and religious teachings (case study of pars abad city)

background and purpose: suicide is considered one of the ten causes of death in the world and is also a major problem in health and social health that imposes heavy costs on societies, the present study aims to investigate the causes and context. attempts to commit suicide in pars abad city and providing solutions to prevent it have been done.method: a combined research method with an exploratory approach was used, and two research methods, qualitative and quantitative, were used. the research community includes specialists and experts in the fields of family counseling, psychiatrists, hospital staff, welfare and health care centers, who were selected using the purposeful sampling method.findings and results: the findings of the research showed that the most important causes of suicide attempts in pars abad city are issues such as family issues and problems, marriage and emotional and honor issues, addiction and alcoholic beverages, economic and financial problems, abnormalities and diseases. it is psychological, so the cultural, social, economic and emotional needs of different groups of society should be examined and the underlying factors should be eliminated. the low number of suicide attempts in muslim societies compared to nonmuslim societies is that islamic beliefs and rituals are effective in reducing the suicide attempts of religious people in two direct and indirect ways.
