بررسی نقش راهبردهای خانواده درمانی در پیشگیری از اعتیاد؛ مورد مطالعه خانواده‌های دارای فرزند معتاد در شهر کرج

زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﯾﮏ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ در دﻧﯿﺎی اﻣﺮوزی ﺑﺮای درﻣﺎن ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و اﺧﺘﻼﻻت ﻋﻤﺪه رﻓﺘﺎری اﺳﺖ و اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﯾﮏ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ درﻣﺎن ﮐﻮﺗﺎه ﻣﺪت ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده و ﯾﮏ ﮐﺎر ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﻧﻘﺶ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از اﻋﺘﯿﺎد؛ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻫﺎی دارای ﻓﺮزﻧﺪ ﻣﻌﺘﺎد در ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮج اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. روش: اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع کمی و ﺑﺎ رﻫﯿﺎﻓﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺧﺎﻧﻮارﻫﺎی دارای ﻓﺮزﻧﺪ ﻣﻌﺘﺎد ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 125 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﻬﺎ در راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮری آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﻓﻦ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار spss و آزﻣﻮن اﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺑﺎﻻی 0/7 ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. آزﻣﻮن ﻫﺎی آﻣﺎری ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮای راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ روان درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻮدک ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/877، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ روش ﻫﺎ و راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی رﻓﺘﺎری ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/555، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺑﻦ ﺑﺴﺖ دو ﺳﻮﯾﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/684، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰی ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/706، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﺸﻮﯾ ﻖ و اﻧﮕﯿﺰش دﻫﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/659 و راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎی ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ از ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﺮدن ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/523، ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداری ﺑﺮ ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮی از اﻋﺘﯿﺎد داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ. ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺿﻤﻦ داﺷﺘﻦ ﻓﻮاﯾﺪ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدﻫﺎی ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ ﺑﺮای ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده، در ﯾﮏ دﯾﺪﮔﺎه راﻫﺒﺮدی ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل اﻋﺘﯿﺎد در ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.

background and purpose: as much as banks can play a constructive role in the economy of a country, their unfavorable performance can also have very destructive effects on the economic system of a country. one of the factors that cause the unfavorable performance of banks in the economy of a country is the occurrence of widespread bank crimes and violations, which often occur as a result of the lack of effective monitoring mechanisms in banks. this article is presented with the aim of practical solutions in the field of social prevention and situational prevention of bank delinquency.method: the present research was carried out using a descriptive and analytical method.findings and results: coping with numerous examples of bank delinquency is done through two ways of criminalizing and imposing punishment for this illegal behavior (criminal prevention) as well as noncriminal solutions (noncriminal prevention) of its occurrence. criminal prevention should be used as a last resort, therefore, the category of preventive criminology (noncriminal prevention) of bank crimes is important, because the volume and complexity of such crimes are such that they are practically in the current judicial system and criminal procedure. it is not possible to handle it accurately and according to justice. the most important solutions for social prevention of bank delinquency are things like increasing education and promoting public awareness; development of codes of conduct and ethical charters; promoting civil participation;
