نقش توسعه سیاسی و آزادی‌های اقتصادی در پیشگیری از فساد مالی در بین فعالان اقتصادی شهر تهران

زمینه و هدف: امروزه بسیاری از کشورهای توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه با فرایندی اقتصادی به نام فساد در ابعاد مختلف دست به گریبانند. تجربه‌های به دست آمده از کشورهای مختلف دنیا نشان‌ می‌دهد که فساد امری پیچیده، پنهان و متنوع است و از این رو پیشگیری از آن نیز باید مستمر، طولانی، منسجم و با برنامه‌ریزی دقیق و همه جانبه همراه باشد. بر همین اساس این پژوهش با هدف نقش توسعه سیاسی و و آزادی‌های اقتصادی در پیشگیری از فساد مالی انجام شده است.روش: روش این پژوهش کمی از نوع پیمایشی است. نمونه آماری پژوهش فعالان اقتصادی شهر تهران هستند که به کمک فرمول کوکران به تعداد 384 نفر برآورد شده و اطلاعات آماری پژوهش به وسیله پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوری شده است. شاخص‌های آزادی‌های اقتصادی، حقوق سیاسی، آزادی رسانه، آزادی‌های مدنی و میزان دموکراسی و میزان پشگیری از فساد مالی به کمک نرم‌افزار (amos graphics) در مدل با روایی بالایی به اثبات رسیده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داده که متغیرهای آزادی‌های اقتصادی، حقوق سیاسی، آزادی رسانه، آزادی‌های مدنی و میزان دموکراسی بر میزان پشگیری از فساد مالی اثر مستقیم و معناداری دارند.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های تجربی و ادبیات نظری موجود، مفهوم فساد با مفهوم دموکراسی در ارتباط است و حاکمیت قانون و نهادها و حقوق مدنی به کاهش فساد و پیشگیری از آن در سیستم سیاسی و اداری یک جامعه منجر می‌شوند.

The role of political development and economic freedom in preventing corruption among economic activists in Tehran

Background and Aim: Today, many developed and developing countries are struggling with an economic process called corruption in various dimensions. Experiences from different countries of the world show that corruption is a complex, hidden and diverse matter, and therefore its prevention must be continuous, longterm, coherent and with careful and comprehensive planning. Accordingly, this study was conducted with the aim of the role of political development and economic freedoms in preventing corruption.Method: The method of this research is a bit of a survey type. The statistical sample of the research is economic activists in Tehran, which is estimated to be 384 people using the Cochran’s formula and the statistical information of the research has been collected by a researchermade questionnaire. The indicators of economic freedoms, political rights, freedom of the media, civil liberties and the degree of democracy and the extent of prevention of corruption have been proven with the help of software (Amos Graphics) in a model with high validity.Findings: The findings of this study show that the variables of economic freedoms, political rights, media freedom, civil liberties and the degree of democracy have a direct and significant effect on the prevention of corruption.Conclusion: Based on the existing empirical findings and theoretical literature, the concept of corruption is related to the concept of democracy and the rule of law and institutions and civil law lead to the reduction of corruption and its prevention in the political and administrative system of a society.
