تحلیل ساختاری نقش سیاست‌‌گذاری‌های فرهنگی شهرداری شیراز در پیشگیری از جرایم

زمینه و هدف: سیاست‌های‌ فرهنگی در سطح کلان‌ اغلب توسط دولت‌ها تعیین‌ می‌شود با این حال سازمان‌های ‌اجتماعی‌ و موسسه‌ها نیز در امر سیاست‌گذاری به ویژه در سطح خرد دخیل‌ هستند. سیاست‌های‌ فرهنگی تاثیر مستقیم بر بسیاری از جنبه‌های زندگی افراد جامعه و سبک زندگی آنان دارد. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل نقش سیاست‌گذاری‌های فرهنگی شهرداری شیراز در پیشگیری از جرایم انجام شده است. بنابراین؛ نقش سیاست‌های‌ فرهنگی در قالب (توسعه فضاهای فرهنگی، برپایی رویدادها و جشنواره‌های فرهنگی، فرهنگ‌سازی محیطی، توسعه پژوهش‌های فرهنگی و اشاعه سبک زندگی فرهنگی) در پیشگیری از جرایم (جرایم اخلاقی، جرایم اقتصادی و مالی، جرایم زیست‌محیطی و جرایم سایبری) بررسی شده است.روش‌شناسی: روش کار توصیفی تحلیلی  مبتنی بر استفاده از پرسشنامه است. حجم نمونه از جامعه آماری تعداد 384 نفر از شهروندان 15 تا 60 ساله شهر شیراز هستند و به منظور تحلیل متغیرهای مورد مطالعه، از نرم افزارهای spss و amos graphics و روش‌های آماری مانند مقایسه میانگین‌ها و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها و نتایج: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیات، برآوردها و مدلسازی معادله ساختاری اثر متغیرهای سیاستگذاری‌های فرهنگی شهرداری در پیشگیری از انواع جرایم با ضریب (0.43) مستقیم و معنادار است و با توجه به قوی بودن این اثر می‌توان ادعا کرد که پیشگیری از جرایم شدیداً متاثر از سیاستگذاری‌های فرهنگی شهرداری است و پیشنهاد می‌گردد شهرداری‌ها در کنار نهادهای مبارزه با جرایم در راستای سیاستگذاری فرهنگی حضور چشمگیر داشته باشند.

Structural analysis of the role of cultural policies of Shiraz Municipality in crime prevention

Although cultural policies are often set by governments, a large number of other institutions and social organizations are also involved in policymaking, and cultural policies can have a direct impact on many aspects of people’s lives. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the role of cultural policies of Shiraz Municipality in crime prevention and the role of cultural policies in the form of (development of cultural spaces, holding cultural events and festivals, environmental culture, development of cultural research and dissemination of cultural lifestyle) in Crime prevention (moral and sexual crimes, economic and financial crimes, environmental crimes and cyber crimes) has been done by descriptiveanalytical method based on the use of a questionnaire. The statistical population is 384 citizens aged 15 to 60 years in Shiraz and in order to analyze the studied variables, SPSS and Amos Graphics software and statistical methods such as comparison of means and regression analysis have been used. According to the results and information obtained from testing hypotheses, estimates and structural equation modeling, the effect of municipal cultural policy variables in preventing all kinds of crimes with a coefficient (0.72) has been direct and significant and due to the strength of this effect can be claimed Crime prevention is strongly influenced by the cultural policies of the municipality and it is suggested that the municipalities have a more significant presence in the direction of cultural policy along with the anticrime institutions.
