نقش پیشگیرانه مشارکت زندانیان در برنامه‌های فرهنگی بر تمایل به بزهکاری مجدد؛ مورد مطالعه زندانیان رجایی شهر تهران

زمینه و هدف: فرهنگ در بستر حیات بشری و در رابطه تناتنگ با وجود و زیست درونی و روحی انسان‌ها شکل می‌گیرد و تحول می‌یابد. با اهمیتی که فرهنگ در حل مسایل جامعه دارد، نقش آن در کاهش جرایم تعین کننده است. چرا که فرهنگ یک جامعه اساسی‌ترین بن‌مایه هویت و تشخیص آن جامعه بوده و اساسی‌ترین نقش را در نحوه حیات جامعه و چگونگی رشد و پرورش افراد بازی می‌کند. بر همین اساس هدف این پژوهش نقش پیشگیرانه مشارکت زندانیان در برنامه‌های فرهنگی بر تمایل به بزهکاری مجدد است. چرا که اهمیت مسایل مشارکتی در جامعه به گونه‌ای که حتی باعث شکل دادن هویت اجتماعی افراد می‌شوند. یافته‌ها و نتایج: بررسی حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون خطی در این پژوهش نشان داده که مقدار ضریب همبستگی بین متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته 0.79 است که نشان می‌دهد بین مجموعه متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته تحقیق همبستگی قوی وجود دارد و مقدار ضریب تعیین تعدیل شده برابر با 0.56 بوده و گویای این واقعیت آماری است که 78 درصد از کل پیشگیری از بزهکاری مجدد زندانیان رجایی شهر وابسته به شش متغیر مستقل؛ مشارکت زندانیان در برنامه‌های فرهنگی در قالب سرمایه فرهنگی، سرمایه اجتماعی، ارزش‌های فرهنگی، هویت فرهنگی، مصرف فرهنگی و خلاقیت و حرفه‌آموزی است. به عبارت دیگر متغیرهای مستقل 56 درصد واریانس متغیر وابسته پیشگیری از بزهکاری مجدد را برآورد (پیش‌بینی) می‌کنند.

Prevention of crimes against cyber security in international aviation

International aviation industry, as one of the most important infrastructural industries that has an essential and inseparable link with international trade and transportation, is an attractive target for cyber criminals. The synchronization of this large industry with the growth of information and communication technology, which results in the emergence of intangible and complex spaces such as cyberspace, as well as the growing dependence of the aviation industry on this emerging and growing phenomenon, creates the ground for serious risks and threats against the aviation industry. But the advancement of technology and the dependence of the aviation industry on it should not be an obstacle to the security of the aviation industry as the safest method of transportation and one of the important industries related to the world trade. Establishing and developing a strong and sound legal framework for organizing and establishing order in this regard, monitoring and preventing dangers and threats against it, and confronting the perpetrators of this crime and punishing them is essential. Therefore, in this descriptiveanalytical study, we seek to examine the legal resources available in this area to determine the extent to which international aviation regulations are deterrent against cyber attacks against aviation security. By studying the documents and sources, we came to the conclusion that despite the efforts made, the existing scattered regulations are not enough to counter cyber attacks, and the only way to deal with these threats is to find a global solution.
