پیشگیری از جرایم علیه محیط زیست از منظر آموزه های اسلامی؛ با تاکید بر پیشگیری فرهنگی

زمینه و هدف: اهمیت محیط زیست و لزوم حفاظت از آن بر کسی پوشیده نیست. با توجه به اینکه در حوزه محیط زیست پیشگیری اصل طلایی محسوب می‌گردد، ارئه روش‌های پیشگیرانه کارآمد و متناسب همواره مورد توجه اندیشمندان این حوزه بوده است. اقدامات پیشگیرانه در حوزه محیط زیست علی‌رغم اینکه نیازمند یک عزم بین‌المللی و اتخاذ روش‌های هماهنگ و علمی است، مستلزم توجه به مقتضیات فرهنگی و اجتماعی جوامع بوده و بهره‌گیری از سیاست‌های پیشگیرانه مبتنی بر پیشگیری فرهنگی رامطرح می‌سازد. این مقاله در همین راستا به بررسی آموزه‌های اسلامی وتاثیر سبک زندگی ارائه شده از سوی این مکتب جامع در راستای پیشگیری از جرائم علیه محیط زیست می‌پردازد.روش: این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت توصیفی و تحلیلی و مبتنی بر داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای می‌باشد.یافته‌ها: بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهدکه مولفه‌های یک سبک زندگی مبتنی بر آموزه‌های اسلامی می‌تواند مارا در تحقق اهداف پیشگیرانه یاری رساند. جهان بینی و آموزه های اسلامی با ارائه یک سبک تفکر اعتقادی و سبک زندگی منحصر به فرد، باعث می شود نوع عملکرد افراد به سمتی سوق پیدا کند که در نهایت منجر به حفاظت از محیط زیست و پیشگیری از آسیب خواهد شد.

Prevention of crimes against the environment from the perspective of Islamic teachings; With emphasis on cultural prevention

Background and Aim: The importance of the environment and the need to protect it is not hidden from anyone. Considering that prevention is a golden principle in the field of environment, the presentation of effective and appropriate prevention methods has always been considered by thinkers in this field. Preventive measures in the field of environment, despite the need for an international determination and the adoption of coordinated and scientific methods, require attention to the cultural and social needs of communities and suggests the use of preventive policies based on cultural prevention. In this regard, this article examines the Islamic teachings and the impact of lifestyle presented by this comprehensive school in order to prevent crimes against the environment.Method: This research is descriptive and analytical in nature and based on library data.Findings: Studies show that components of a lifestyle based on Islamic teachings can help us achieve preventive goals. Islamic worldviews and teachings, by presenting a unique style of belief and lifestyle, cause the type of action of individuals to be directed in a direction that will ultimately lead to the protection of the environment and the prevention of harm.
