بررسی عوامل موثر در پیشگیری وضعی از سرقت کابل های برق (مطالعه موردی شهرستان ایلام 95-94)

زمینه و هدف: اقدامات و تدابیر پیشگیری وضعی با هدف مداخله در شرایط و وضعیت جرم به منظور حذف فرصت ارتکاب جرم انجام می‌پذیرد. لذا این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی عوامل موثردر پیشگیری وضعی ازسرقت کابل های برق شهرستان ایلام انجام گرفته استروش‌شناسی: تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت تحقیق، توصیفیتحلیلی می‌باشد.از نظر روش تحقیق آمیخته می‌باشد.جامعه آماری، شامل 15نفر ازخبرگان و متخصصین حوزه کشف جرم می‌باشد، که به طریق کیفی از طریق مصاحبه عمیق در شناسایی مولفه های موثر در پیشگیری از سرقت وضعی اموال دولتی(کابل های برق) همکاری نمودند و نظرات مستخرجه آنها به طریق کمی در قالب یک پرسشنامه برای 40 نفر نمونه از کارکنان آگاهی طراحی گردیده و به عنوان مولفه‌های نهایی درپیشگیری از سرقت وضعی اموال دولتی(کابل های برق) تعیین گردیده‌اند. جهت روایی پرسشنامه از نظرات اساتید راهنما، مشاوره و متخصصین استفاده شده است و برای تعیین پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ(0.83)محاسبه گردید. برای آزمون داده‌ها، از نرم افزار21 spss و lisrelاستفاده شده است. یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که عوامل فنی با میانگین رتبه 1.58 کمترین تاثیر و عوامل زمینه‌ای با میانگین رتبه 2.52 بیشترین تاثیر بر پیشگیری وضعی ازسرقت کابل های برق شهرستان ایلام داشته است.نتایج: با توجه به نتایج حاصله، عوامل ساختاری و فنی و زمینه ای و زیرساخت‌های آن از مهمترین عوامل موثر برپیشگیری وضعی ازسرقت کابل های برق شهرستان ایلام می‌باشد که مساعی مدیران سازمان برای رفع مشکلات و جلوگیری از گسترده شدن آسیب‌ها را می‌طلبد.

Investigating the Factors Influencing the Prevention of Power Cable Theft(Case Study of Ilam City 95-94)

Background and Aim: Positive preventive measures and measures are taken to intervene in crime situations to eliminate the opportunity for crime. The purpose of this study was to identify the effective factors in preventing the theft of electrical cables in Ilam city.Methodology: The purpose of the present study is applied and descriptiveanalytical in terms of the nature of the research. The research method is mixed. The statistical population includes 15 experts and experts in the field of crime discovery. Through indepth interviews, they collaborated in identifying the effective components in preventing state property theft (power cables) and their opinions were quantified through a questionnaire designed for a sample of 40 conscientious staff and as final components. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated using the opinions of supervisors, consultants and experts, and reliability was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.83). SPSS 21 and LISREL were used to test the data.Findings: The results showed that technical factors with average rating of 1.58 had the least effect and background factors with average rating of 2.52 had the most effect on preventing the theft of electrical cables in Ilam city.Results: According to the obtained results, structural, technical and contextual factors and its infrastructures are the most important factors in preventing the situation of Ilam city cables burglary, which the organization managers are trying to solve problems and prevent widespread damage.
