چکیده
|
زمینه و هدف: پیشگیری از بروز جرایم معقول‌ترین راهبرد جرم‌شناسان در مقابله با گسترش جرایم است. بر همین اساس، پیشگیری عمومیت ویژه‌ای در راستای مقابله با جرایم یافته و بر همین اساس، این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه میدانی تاثیر ازدواج در پیشگیری از جرایم جنسی در بین جوانان شهر تهران را مطالعه کرده است. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش به روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 384 نفر از شهروندان شهر تهران را مورد مطالعه قرار داده و با اتکا بر ادبیات نظری موجود فرضیاتی را در راستای بررسی نقش ازدواج در پیشگیری از جرایم جنسی مطرح نموده است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از این فرضیات نشان داده است که سه بعد مهم ازدواج یعنی؛ تعهد زناشویی با ضریب (0.576) و مسئولیت‌پذیری با ضریب (0.709) و خود کنترلی با ضریب (0.656) در پیشگیری از جرایم جنسی اثر مثبت و معناداری دارند و سپس، نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی معادله ساختاری نشان داده که خود مولفه ازدواج اثر مثبت و مستقیمی بر پیشگیری از جرایم جنسی دارند.

Abstract
|
Background and Aim: Crime prevention is the most sensible strategy of criminologists against the spread of crime. Accordingly, prevention has found a special generality in order to deal with crime and accordingly, this study has studied the effect of marriage in the prevention of sexual crimes among the youth of Tehran. Methodology: This research study has surveyed 384 citizens of Karaj city using a researchermade questionnaire and based on the existing theoretical literature has proposed hypotheses to study the role of marriage in the prevention of sexual crimes. Findings and Conclusion: The results of these hypotheses have shown that the three important dimensions of marriage are; Marital commitment with coefficient (0.576) and responsibility with coefficient (0.709) and selfcontrol with coefficient (0.656) have a positive and significant effect on the prevention of sexual crimes and then the results of structural equation modeling show that The component of marriage has a positive and direct effect on the prevention of sexual crimes.
