نقش پلیس در پیشگیری موقعیت مدار از جرایم اخلاقی

زمینه و هدف: جرایم اخلاقی، به عنوان یک پدیده مخرب اجتماعی از جمله مسائل مهمی می باشد که در علوم جنایی به ویژه جرم شناسی قابل طرح و بررسی است. گسترش این نوع جرایم عواقب ناگواری چون از بین رفتن احساس امنیت، سستی بنیان خانواده، جریحه دار شدن احساسات عمومی، شیوع بی قانونی در جامعه و حتی ارتکاب سایر جرایم را به دنبال خواهد داشت. لذا این پژوهش با هدف، «بررسی و تحلیل نقش پلیس در پیشگیری موقعیت مدار از جرایم اخلاقی» انجام شده است. روش شناسی: باتوجّه به ماهیّت موضوع، پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ گردآوری اطلاعات به روش اسنادی و از طریق مطالعه قوانین داخل، اسناد بین المللی و منابع معتبر انجام شده و اطلاعات به دست آمده به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: مهمترین اقدامات و تدابیر نظارتی کنترلی پلیس در پیشگیری موقعیت مدار از جرایم اخلاقی عبارتند از: مراقبت و محافظت از آماج‌های جرایم اخلاقی در مقابل بزهکاران، افزایش خطر شناسایی بزهکاران جرائم اخلاقی، پرهیز از تحریک بزهکار توسط بزه‌دیده، آموزش و آگاهی پلیس به بزه‌دیدگان جرایم اخلاقی در جهت اجتناب از وضعیت‌های جرم‌زا. بنابراین پلیس با اتخاذ تدابیر و اقداماتی که نتیجه آن خطر ساز کردن ارتکاب جرم و تغییر شرایط و موقعیت های مجرم و حمایت از بزه دیدگان احتمالی که آماج جرایم اخلاقی محسوب می گردند، وضعیتهای ما قبل را مختل کرده و معادله جرم را بر هم می زند و از گذار اندیشه مجرمانه به فعل پیشگیری می کند.

Findings and Conclusion: The most important police control measures and supervisory measures in preventing the situation of moral crimes are: care and protection of the targets of moral crimes against criminals, increasing the risk of identifying criminals of moral crimes, avoiding incitement of the offender to the police, education and awareness Victims of moral crimes in order to avoid criminal situations.
