هژمونی رسانه و پاسخ های کنشی عوام گرایانه به بزهکاری در مدل دموکراتیک سیاست جنایی

زمینه و هدف: اگرچه کارکرد رسانه‌های جمعی در آموزش افراد جامعه و ارتقاء آگاهی‌های عمومی انکارناپذیر است، اما خیزش فزاینده‌ی جرایم در جوامع امروزی و تاثیرپذیری از رسانه‌های جمعی، منجر به القاء احساس ناامنی در میان شهروندان و تغییرات کیفی بزهکاری شده است. شاخصه‌ای که متولیان سیاست جنایی مدل دموکراتیک را به اتخاذ تدابیر کنشی عوام‌گرا با دستاوردهای مقطعی در طراحیِ راهبردهای پیشگیری از بزهکاری سوق می‌دهد.روش‌شناسی: نگارنده با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به تبیین هژمونی رسانه‌های جمعی و تاثیر این مهم در اتخاذ تدابیر پیشگیرانه‌ی عوام‌گرا در قبال بزهکاری پرداخته است.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: رسانه‌های جمعی در کشورهای تابع مدل دموکراتیک سیاست جنایی می‌توانند با انعکاس گزینشیِ اخبار جنایی و به تصویر کشانیدن موقعیت‌های ماقبل جناییِ بزهکاران و بزه‌دیدگان و سهولت ارتکاب جرم، ناکارآمدی نهادهای کنترل بزهکاری را در اذهان مخاطبین نهادینه ساخته و افکار عمومی را به سمت اتخاذ راهبردکنترل حداکثری، تحدید حقوق و آزادی‌های فردی و جامعه‌ی سراسر بین متمایل ‌سازند. سیطره‌ی رسانه‌های جمعی به ویژه در کشورهای غربی، موجب شده است تا بازتاب وقایع مجرمانه منجر به افزایش ترس از جرم، ترس از بزه‌دیدگی و احساس ناامنی در میان افراد جامعه شود. شاخصه‌ای که شرایط را برای پیش رَوی در حقوق و آزادی‌های شهروندان و بهره‌مندی از گونه‌های تدافعی پیشگیری از جرم با تفوق راهبرد پیشگیرانه‌ی موقعیت‌مدار جهت دست‌یابی به نتایج زودبازده و توده‌گرا در راستای اقناع  افکار عمومی محقق سازد.

Methodology: In this Article by analytical –descriptive The role of Media hegemony and Populist Protection Responses to Delinquency in the Democratic Criminal Policy Model.Findings and Conclusion :Mass Media In Countries Subject to the Democratic Model of Criminal Policy Can Institutionalize in the Minds of the Audience and Adopt Public Opinion by Selectively Reflecting Criminal News and Portraying The Precriminal Situations of Criminals and Victims and the Ease of Committing the Crime of inefficiency Institutionalizes the Institutions of Crime Control in the minds of the Audience and leads the Public to Adopt a Strategy of Maximum Control, Restriction of Individual Rights and Freedoms and the Community as a Whole.Conclusion: The Dominance of the Mass Media ,Especially in Western Countries, has Led to the Reflection of Criminal Events Leading to Increased Fear of Crime ,Fear of Victimization and Feelings of Insecurity Among Members ,an indicator that Fulfills the Conditions for Advancing the rights and freedoms of Citizens and Benefit From Defensive – Return and Mass Oriented Results in order to Conviance the Researcher Public Opinion.
