ارزیابی عملکرد سال های 90-93 کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهر اصفهان بر پیشگیری از تکرار جرم مددجویان

هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین تاثیرکانون اصلاح و تربیت اصفهان بر پیشگیری از تکرار جرم مددجویان در سال‌های 1390-1393 بود. به همین منظور 145 نفر از مددجویان کانون به روش نمونه‌گیری تمام شماری انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه نگرش سنج بزهکاران و مقیاس افسردگی بک به روش مصاحبه انفرادی تکمیل شد. روش پژوهش انتخاب شده، روش پژوهش زمینه‌یابی با طرح پژوهش زمینه یابی پرسشنامه ای بود. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش می توان برای پیشگیری و کاهش تکرار جرم با اجرای اصولی تفکیک مددجویان، ارائه خدمات مالی و غیرمالی از طریق مرکز مراقبت بعد از خروج، پذیرش مددجویان آزادشده از سوی خانواده، دوستان و نهادهای رسمی و غیررسمی و جلوگیری از طرد آنان اقدام موثری انجام داد. در پژوهش های مربوط به نظام رسیدگی برخورد قضات و نیز قوانین، نتایج حاکی از آن است که به‌طور میانگین 60% مددجویان تحت پوشش، از نحوه رسیدگی، مطالعه پرونده، جنس قاضی و شدت قوانین اظهار نارضایتی کرده و درمجموع 90% افراد تحت پژوهش بر این باورند که نظام رسیدگی به جرم هم سن و سال‌های آنان باید ملایم تر و مهربانانه تر باشد. درنهایت باید اظهار داشت: در جرایم ارتکابی توسط مددجویان دختر و پسر، تاثیر کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهرستان اصفهان در باز اجتماعی کردن و جلوگیری از تکرار جرم بسیار بوده است.

Assessment of Isfahan Correction Institution Function from 2012-2015 On Prevention of Crime Re-repetition by Young Adults

According to the results of this study, it is possible to prevent and reduce repetition of crime by implementing the principle of separation of clients, providing financial and nonfinancial services through the postexodus care center, accepting freeriders from the family, friends and formal and informal institutions and preventing They took effective action on their rejection. In research on the treatment of judges and laws, the results indicate that, on average, 60% of covered patients are dissatisfied with the way they handle, study the case, the sex of the judge and the severity of the laws, and a total of 90% Under the study, they believe that the criminal justice system should be milder and kinder than their ages. Finally, it should be noted that in the crimes committed by male and female clients, the impact of the Isfahan reforming center on social reintegration and prevention of repeat offenses has been high.
