ارزیابی کارایی سامانه تحلیل جغرافیایی جرم در تحلیل الگوهای مکانی- زمانی جرائم در کلان‌شهرها (مورد مطالعه: جرم سرقت در کلان‌شهر تبریز)

طی دو دهه اخیر تحلیل جغرافیایی بزهکاری و سعی در علت شناسی عوامل فضایی بروز ناهنجاری‌های اجتماعی با استفاده از سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی و تکنیک‌های آماری و گرافیکی برای مقابله و پیشگیری در مدیریت انتظامی و امور پلیسی اهمیت یافته است. شناسایی عوامل محیطی و مکانی بروز جرم و سعی در از بین بردن این عوامل و یا کاهش آثار آن، مهم‌ترین راهکار پیشگیری از وقوع ناهنجاری‌ها شناخته شده است. تحلیل‌های مکانی– زمانی دو بعد مهم از وقایع مجرمانه است. این نوع تحلیل، اطلاعات ارزشمندی را برای حل مسائل و پاسخ به مشکلات امنیتی و انتظامی تدارک می‌بیند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل الگوهای مکانی و زمانی ارتکاب جرم سرقت در محدوده شهرداری منطقه 2 و حوزه استحفاظی کلانتری پرواز کلان‌شهر تبریز انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف از نوع کاربردی و ازنظر روش ترکیبی از روش‌های توصیفی، تطبیقی و تحلیلی است. برای تحلیل آماری و گرافیکی داده‌های بزهکاری از نرم‌افزارهای سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (gis) که تحت عنوان سامانه تحلیل جغرافیایی جرم توسط ناجا در کلانتری‌ها پیاده‌سازی شده است، استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مجموعه جرائم سرقت است که در بازه زمانی پژوهش در محدوده مورد مطالعه به وقوع پیوسته است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد الگوهای مکانی و زمانی وقوع سرقت که توسط سامانه ارائه می‌شود با الگوهای واقعی و میدانی هم‌خوانی دارد و سامانه تحلیل جغرافیائی جرم از کارایی لازم در تحلیل الگوها و شناسایی کانون‌های جرم خیز برخوردار است.

The Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Geographic Crime Analysis System in the Analysis of Spatial-Temporal Patterns of Crime in Metropolises (Case Study: Theft Crime in Metropolis of Tabriz)

During the last two decades, the geographical analysis of delinquency and attempting to identify the spatial factors of social anomalies have been important using the GIS and statistical and graphical techniques for coping and preventing police and police administration. The identification of environmental and spatial factors of the crime and trying to eliminate these factors or reduce its effects is known as the most important preventive method for the occurrence of abnormalities. Spatialtemporal analysis is two important dimensions of criminal events. This kind of analysis provides valuable information for solving problems and responding to security and law enforcement problems. The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the spatial and temporal patterns of theft of crime in the area of ​​Municipality of Zone 2 and the area of ​​police control of Tabriz Metropolis. The purpose of this study is to use a descriptive, comparative, and analytical method. For statistical analysis and graphic data of delinquency data, GIS software, which is implemented under the name of Geographical Analysis of Crime by Naja in police stations, has been used. The statistical population of this research is the collection of robbery crimes that occurred during the period of research in the studied area. The research findings show that spatial and temporal spatial patterns proposed by the system are consistent with real and field patterns, and the geographic analysis system of crime has the necessary efficiency in analyzing patterns and identifying massive corpora.
