بررسی مبانی پیش‌گیری اجتماعی از جرم و پلیس جامعه محور

امروزه کشورها به این نتیجه رسیده‌اند که پیش‌گیری اجتماعی از جرم رویکرد بسیار مناسب، کارآمد و مقرون به صرفه‌تر از سایر روش‌های پیش‌گیری است از طرفی، طی چهار دهه اخیر، بر اساس یافته‌های نوین جرم شناسی پیش‌گیری، تحولی شگرف در امور پلیسی به وجود آمده است. از جمله این تحولات و نوآوری ها، پیدایش راهبرد پلیسی جامعه‌محور در دو زمینه مسئله‌محوری و محله‌محوری بوده است. لازمه‌ پرداختن به این رویکرد، تبیین همکاری و تعامل گسترده نهادهای محلی و شهروندان (مشارکت جامعوی) با امور پلیسی در بُعد پیش‌گیری اجتماعی، فراهم آوردن دانش نظری لازم و بررسی مبانی، اصول و مفاهیم پیش‌گیری‌های اجتماعی و پلیس محله‌محور است که از هدف این مقاله محسوب می‌شود. نوشتار حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با مطالعه منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که پیش‌گیری اجتماعی از جرم تعامل موثری با راهبرد پلیس جامعوی دارد و تخصص پلیسی در کنار مشارکت مردمی و نیز توسعه همکاری‌های بین پلیس و افراد و نهادهای جامعوی در ارتباط با پیش‌گیری اجتماعی رشدمدار و جامعه مدار از جرم و بزه، بیش از پیش اثربخشر و کارا خواهد بود.
