مکان یابی جغرافیایی ایستگاه پلیس جهت پیشگیری از جرایم شهری (مورد مطالعه :شهردامغان)

زمینه و هدف: مکانیابی کلانتری ها و مراکز پلیس، یک تصمیم مهم در حوزه امنیت اجتماعی و عاملی اثرگذار درزمینه خدمت دهی پلیس است، اما تا کنون، پژوهشگران در پژوهش های علمی پیشین، کمتر به آن توجه نموده اند.مکان احداث کانکس ها و استقرار نیروها جهت مدیریت مسلط بر انواع جرایم و در راستای پیشگیری جرم از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. روش‌شناسی: در این تحقیق از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به عنوان روش پژوهشی استفاده شده است و ابزار گرد آوری داده‌ها میدانی و اسنادی است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل ابتدا معیارهای تراکم جمعیت، شبکه معابر و مبادی ورودی، جرم خیزی، سیاست های کلان انتظامی شهر، مجاورت های مکانی، فضای سبز و زیر ساخت شهری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت نتیجه‌گیری: افزایش حضور پلیس در محدودة کانونهای جرم خیز مخصوصاً در محدوده محله امام و خوریا به منظور اینکه امکان کنترل مناسب انتظامی را در این محدوده افزایش داده و به تبع آن با افزایش کنترل انتظامی فرصتهای بزهکاری برای مجرمین بویژه سرقت و نزاع کاهش مییابد؛ بنابراین مکانیابی و احداث مراکز انتظامی حتی به صورت واحدهای کوچک و به شکل کانکس های انتظامی در این محدوده ضروری به نظر میرسد.که مکان یابی پیشنهادی جهت کانکس نیروی انتظامی با هدف پیشگیری وکاهش جرم در مناطق مشخص شده ارائه گردید. در واقع مشخص کردن کانکس های پلیس بر روی نقشه بر پایه معیارهای ذکر شده از نتایج اصلی این تحقیق می باشد.

Geographical location of the police station to prevent urban crime (Case study: City of Damghan)

This research was conducted by descriptiveanalytical method in Damghan city and the statistical population of the study was 25 people based on the snowball method and based on the knowledge of experts with at least 10 years of work experience and related master’s and higher education. The technique used is AHP hierarchical analysis method. The number of questions in the questionnaire was based on the evaluation of the pair comparison spectrum first in the index matrix and then combining the matrix of each index with the proposed locations of the city separately One of the results of this research is the location of police stations incity using the process of hierarchical analysis and with the help of maps and satellite images, which show the urban areas of Damghan in terms of applying and distributing the same methods of crime in terms of They are not homogeneous in quantity and quality, and the spatial distribution of police stations, especially law enforcement kiosks and kiosks, in relation to population density criteria, the network of passages and entry points, crime, the city’s macropolice policies, spatial proximity, green space and infrastructure. The city does not fit in the study area. In fact, determining and prioritizing the location of police stations on the map based on the mentioned criteria is one of the main results of this research. Among the districts and neighborhoods of Damghan city, the area of Imam and Khoria neighborhood is a priority to establish a police station to reduce urban crime.
