نقش پیشگیرانه پلیس اطلاعات محور در جرم‌یابی مواد مخدر (مطالعه موردی استان البرز)

زمینه و هدف: از مهم‌ترین مسائل در طراحی مناسب فرایند کشف و خنثی‌سازی جرایم،داشتن اطلاعات دقیق و کافی است. بنابراین به جزء نیروی کار استفاده از فناوری جدیدو بانک‌های اطلاعاتی برای موفقیت درهر سازمان پلیسی از جمله پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر مهم و حیاتی است. در این مقاله سعی شده است که نقش واقعی اطلاعات محور در جرم‌یابی مواد مخدر تبیین شود. روش: این پژوهش از نظر نوع کاربردی و از لحاظ روش اجراء توصیفی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش85 نفراز مدیران و کارکنان مواد مخدراستان البرز و حجم نمونه 70 نفر که به وسیله جدول مورگان تعیین و به صورت تصادفی ساده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابزار گرداوری داده ها،پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که روائی آن به کمک خبرگان و صاحبنظران پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (87%) تامین گردید. وجهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادها از آزمون های آماری t تک نمونه ای و رتبه ای فریدمن استفاده شده است. یافته ها:باتوجه به نتایج حاصل ازتجزیه و تحلیل داده های تحقیق به این یافته رسیدیم که جهت موفقیت بیشتر در جرم یابی مواد مخدر باید در حوزه جمع آوری پنهان و بکارگیری منابع و مخبرین و ابزارهای فنی توجه بیشتری گردد.نتایج: نشان داد از بین مولفه های اطلاعات محوری مورد مطالعه مولفه منابع و مخبرین با بالاترین میانگین رتبه ای بیشترین نقش و تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با کمترین میانگین رتبه ای کمترین نقش را بر جرمیابی مواد مخدر دارد.

The preventive role of informationoriented police in drug crime (Case study of Alborz province)

Background and Aim: One of the most important issues in the proper design of the process of detection and neutralization of crimes is to have accurate and sufficient information. Therefore, in addition to the workforce, the use of new technology and databases is critical to the success of any police organization, including the counternarcotics police. This article tries to explain the real role of informationbased in drug criminalization. Method: This research is descriptive and survey in terms of applied type and method. The statistical population of the study was 85 managers and employees of Alborz Drugs and the sample size was 70 people who were determined by Morgan table and examined by simple random sampling. Data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire whose validity was provided by experts and experts of the AntiNarcotics Police and its reliability was provided by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (87%). For data analysis, Friedman’s onesample ttest and rank tests were used. Results: showed that among the key information components studied, the component of resources and informants with the highest rank average has the most role and statistical analysis with the lowest rank average has the least role on drug scaling. Findings: According to the results of the analysis of research data, we came to the conclusion that in order to be more successful in drug crime detection, more attention should be paid to the field of covert collection and use of resources, informants and technical tools.
