احساسات دانشجویان ایرانی در فضای دانشگاهی

این مطالعه به تحلیل احساسات و نگرش‌های دانشجویان ایرانی درباره دانشگاه‌ها و فضای آن‌ها پرداخته است. داده‌های تحقیق شامل 5108 پست‌ منفرد از پلتفرم اجتماعی ایکس، منتشرشده در فاصله آذر 1402 تا آذر 1403 است. تحلیل احساسات با استفاده از ابزارهای مدرن و خوشه‌بندی k-means انجام شد که به شناسایی هفت خوشه اصلی منجر شد: 1) خوشه صفر به جنبه‌های چندگانه‌ زندگی دانشگاهی پرداخته است و به‌ویژه بر استادان تاکید دارد؛ 2) خوشه یک دیدگاهی مثبت‌تر نسبت به زندگی اجتماعی در دانشگاه ارائه می‌دهد و پست‌ها به‌ویژه از روابط میان دانشجویان قدردانی کرده و از اندرکنش‌های مثبت با کارکنان و جو عمومی دانشگاه رضایت دارند؛ 3) خوشه دو برخلاف خوشه‌های دیگر احساسات منفی و انتقاداتی را به همکلاسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد؛ 4) خوشه سه بر اندرکنش‌های دانشجویان با پرسنل امنیتی و حراست دانشگاه متمرکز است و نگرانی‌ها درباره‌ سخت‌گیری‌ها، ریاکاری‌های ادراک‌شده و رفتارهای مداخله‌جویانه را بیان می‌کند؛ 5) خوشه چهار به‌طورخاص بر دانشجویان مرد تمرکز دارد و پست‌ها از قضاوت‌های منفی درباره‌ ظاهر و رفتار آن‌ها تا ابراز علاقه و تحسین متغیر هستند؛ 6) خوشه پنج تاثیر عمیق زندگی دانشگاهی بر سلامت عاطفی دانشجویان را بازتاب می‌دهد و هم از شادی‌ها و هم از ناامیدی‌ها در مواجهه با این محیط منفرد صحبت می‌کند؛ 7) خوشه شش به روابط میان دانشجویان و استادان پرداخته است.

iranian students’ emotions in the university environment

this study analyzes the emotions and perspectives of iranian students regarding universities and their environments. the research data includes 5,108 unique posts from the social platform x, published between december 2023 and december 2024. sentiment analysis was conducted using modern tools and k-means clustering, which identified seven main clusters: cluster 0 addressed multiple aspects of university life, particularly emphasizing professors. cluster 1 presented a more positive view of social life at the university, highlighting appreciation for student relationships and satisfaction with interactions with staff and the general university atmosphere. in contrast, cluster 2 revealed negative emotions and criticisms toward peers. cluster 3 focused on student interactions with university security staff, expressing concerns about strictness, perceived hypocrisy, and intrusive behavior. cluster 4 specifically focused on male students, with posts ranging from negative judgments about their appearance and behavior to expressions of interest and admiration. cluster 5 reflected the profound emotional impact of university life on students’ well-being, encompassing both joys and frustrations within this unique environment. finally, cluster 6 explored relationships between students and professors.
