توانش ارتباطی بینافرهنگی در کلاس‌های آموزش زبان فارسی: دیدگاه فارسی‌آموزان غیرایرانی

درک فرد از فرهنگ‌های جدید و هم‌چنین فرهنگ خود، نقش مهمی در موفقیت فرد در یادگیری زبان مقصد دارد. مسئله این است که مشخص نیست در کلاس‌های آموزش زبان فارسی به غیرفارسی‌زبانان، چگونه و به چه میزان به آموزش جنبه‌های فرهنگی برای گسترش توانش بینافرهنگی فارسی‌آموزان پرداخته می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی دیدگاه‌های فارسی‌آموزان غیرایرانی در مورد آموزش فرهنگ و توانش ارتباطی بینافرهنگی است. این پژوهش که یک مطالعۀ کمی است، به روش میدانی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. شرکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش میدانی 104 فارسی‌آموز از کشورهای گوناگون هستند که به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌های به‌دست آمده در این مقاله، به کمک یک پرسشنامۀ اعتبارسنجی‌شده به دست آمده است و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس مورد واکاوی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد فارسی‌آموزان بر این باورند که مدرسان سطح مهارت‌های زبانی آنان را در یادگیری زبان‌ فارسی افزایش می‌دهند تا بتوانند زبان فارسی را برای اهداف علمی استفاده کنند، ولی میزان انگیزه‌بخشی مدرسان برای آموزش زبان فارسی چندان رضایت‌بخش نیست. فارسی‌آموزان، به دلیل زندگی در کشور ایران، تا حد زیادی با کشور، فرهنگ و مردم ایران و زبان فارسی آشنا هستند. اما آنان از مدت‌زمان اختصاص‌یافته به آموزش فرهنگ و پرداختن به توانش ارتباطی بینافرهنگی در کتاب‌های آموزش زبان فارسی به غیرفارسی‌زبانان رضایت چندانی ندارند. از یافته‌های این پژوهش چنین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مدرسان فارسی آموزان را برای یادگیری زبان فارسی تشویق نمی‌کنند و نیز اطلاعاتی را در مورد شرایط تاریخی، جغرافیایی و سیاسی فرهنگ ارائه نمی‌دهند. که کلاس‌های درسی زبان فارسی نیازمند صرف وقت بیشتری به اهداف بینافرهنگی است تا فارسی‌آموزان بهتر بتوانند به توانش بینافرهنگی دست یابند.

intercultural communication competence in persian language teaching classes: the perspective of non-iranian learners

considering the paramount influence of culture on linguistic communication among human beings, the expansion of intercultural communication competence in learners in the process of language learning is highly imperative. due to the lack of field research on this subject, the present study intends to investigate non-iranian persian language learners’ views on culture and intercultural communication competence. the study sample consists of 104 persian language learners from different countries who are studying in iran. the results of this study are based on the analysis of the data obtained via a structured questionnaire. accordingly, persian language learners believed that instructors enhanced their language skills and enabled them to use persian for academic purposes. but they argued that the level of motivation of teachers to teach them was not satisfactory. in addition, the findings revealed that, since the participants were residing in iran at the time of the study, they were largely familiar with the country, culture, and people of iran. however, they were not satisfied with the amount of time devoted to culture and intercultural communication skills in persian language textbooks intended for non-persian speakers. one of the implications of the study was that intercultural communication skills need to be addressed in persian language classrooms so that the learners could acquire intercultural communication competence.
