معرفی برنامه‌ سال‌های شگفت انگیز به منظور کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان با اختلال‌های هیجانی-رفتاری

زمینه: به طورکلی، الگوهای رفتاری مخربی از قبیل اختلال کم توجه ی بیش فعالی، نافرمانی مقابله ای و سلوک و اختلال های افسردگی و اضطرابی را با عنوان اختلال های هیجانی رفتاری معرفی می کنند. از آن جا که این اختلال ها مشکلاتی را در مدرسه، خانه و دیگر موقعیت های اجتماعی برای این کودکان و اطرافیان آن ها ایجادکرده، همچنین بر عمکلرد روانیاجتماعی و موفقیت های تحصیلی آن ها اثر سوء می گذارد، انجام مداخله هایی برای کاهش مشکلات رفتاری این کودکان، ضروری به نظر می رسد. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر، معرفی برنامه سال های باورنکردنی به عنوان مداخله ای برای کاهش مشکلات رفتاری این کودکان بود. به این منظور با روش مروری، متون اصلی شامل کتاب ها و مقاله های علمی در این زمینه طی سال های 1995 تا 2017 از پایگاه های معتبر اطلاعاتی استخراج و بررسی شد. نتیجه گیری: مرور ادبیات پژوهش نشان داد که برنامه سال های باورنکردنی می تواند از طریق آموزش والدین به عنوان مداخله ای کارآمد، کم هزینه و مقرون به صرفه برای کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان با اختلال های هیجانیرفتاری در مدارس و کلینیک های توان بخشی استفاده شود.

Introduction to Incredible Years Programs for decrease Behavioral problems in Children with Emotional and Behavioral disorders

Background: Overall, the pattern of disruptive behaviors, such as attentiondeficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), conduct disorder (CD), depressive disorders and anxiety disorders are introduced by emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD). Since this disorders cause some problems in children and others in school, home and other social location and also, effect on their psychosocial function and academic achievement, so that it is necessary to use interventions for decrease behavioral problems of these children. The purpose of this Study was introduction incredible years program (IYP) for decrease behavioral problems of these children. The books and scientific papers surveyed in this field from scientific databases, since 1995 until 2017.Conclusion: The literature research show that it can be used from incredible year program for decrease behavioral problems in children with EDB, as effective, low costs and affordable intervention in school and rehabilitation clinics.
