تاثیر یک دوره تمرینات منتخب بر تعادل کودکان دارای آسیب شنوایی

زمینه: هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر یک دوره برنامه تمرینی منتخب بر تعادل کودکان دارای آسیب شنوایی بود.روش: جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کودکان دارای آسیب شنوایی شهرستان مریوان بود. به همین منظور 32کودک (دختر و پسر) آسیب دیده شنوایی 127ساله با استفاده از نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و سپس به صورت تصادفی به 2گروه گواه(16نفر) و آزمایش (16نفر) تقسیم شدند. برای ارزیابی تعادل آن ها از آزمون تبحر حرکتی برونینکس اوزرتسکی2 استفاده شد. گروه آزمایش یک دوره برنامه تمرینی منتخب را به مدت 20جلسه انجام دادند. برای بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش از آزمون های ناپارامتریک ویلکاکسون و یومن ویتنی (spss16) بهره گرفته شد.یافته ها: نتایج آزمون های آماری تفاوت معناداری در نمرات پس آزمون بین گروه های آزمایش و گواه را نشان داد (05/0=p). با این حال در خرده آزمون های ایستادن پاشنه پنجه روی چوب موازنه با چشمان باز و ایستادن با یک پا روی چوب موازنه با چشمان بسته تفاوتی مشاهده نشد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های این تحقیق می توان گفت که تمرینات منتخب مورداستفاده در این پژوهش می تواند موجب بهبود تعادل کودکان دارای آسیب شنوایی شود.

Effects of a selected training program on the balance of children with hearing disorder

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of selected training programs on the balance of children (712yrs) with hearing impairment.Method: Population of study includes all children with hearing impairment. Then, 32 children with hearing impairment were selected as in access subjects from Marivan province. The children divided randomly into control (n=16) and experimental (n=16) groups. The balance was assessed by the BruininksOseretsky test of motor proficiency (BOT2) as pretest and posttest. The experimental group was participated in selected training program for 20 sessions and 50 minutes in each session. Nonparametric Wilcoxon and U Mann Whitney test were used for analyzed of data.Results: The results of the statistical tests showed significant difference on gross balance in experimental group (p<0.05). While the impact of this training course on standing Heeltotoe on a balance beam  and standing on one leg on a balance beam(eyes closed) and  standing feet apart on a line (eyes closed )and standing feet apart on a line (eyes open) was not significant statistically.Conclusion: The findings showed that training program used in the current research can improve the static and dynamic balance of children with hearing disorder and can be useful.
