مدل ساختاری کیفیت زندگی براساس اجتناب تجربی و معنای زندگی با میانجیگری سلامت معنوی در مادران کودکان نابینا و ناشنوا

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تبیین مدل ساختاری کیفیت زندگی براساس اجتناب تجربی، معنای زندگی با میانجی گری سلامت معنوی در مادران کودکان نابینا و ناشنوا انجام شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر، یک پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل تمامی مادران کودکان نابینا و ناشنوای شهرستان خرم آباد در سال 1400 بود که با توجه به میانگین پژوهش های قبلی و نیز تعداد متغیرها،جمعاً نمونه ای به حجم 300 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند درنظر گرفته شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان جهانی بهداشت - فرم کوتاه 2005 ، پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربی 2011 ، پرسشنامه معنای زندگی 2006 ، پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی 1982 بود. تحلیل داده ها با نسخه 24 نرم افزار spss و نسخه 24 نرم افزارamus و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری sem انجام شد.یافته ها: متغیرهای سلامت معنوی، معنای زندگی، اجتناب تجربی دارای تاثیر معنادار در پیش بینی کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان نابینا و ناشنوا داشتند 001 / p=0 . همچنین سلامت معنوی رابطه بین اجتناب تجربی، معنای زندگی و کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان نابینا و ناشنوا را به صورت منفی و معنادار میانجیگری می کند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تاثیرگذاری متغیرهای مورد مطالعه بر پیش بینی کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان نابینا و ناشنوا، باید برنامه ریزی و ایجاد زیرساخت های مناسب به منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان نابینا و ناشنوا به عمل آید.

predicting the quality of life based on experiential avoidanceand the meaning of life with the mediation of spiritual health inmothers of blind and deaf children

abstractbackground and purpose: this research was conducted with the aim of predicting the quality of lifebased on experiential avoidance، the meaning of life with the mediation of spiritual health in mothers of blindand deaf children.method: the current research is an applied and correlational research. the statistical population of thecurrent research included all the mothers of blind and deaf children in khorramabad city in the year 1400،which according to the average of previous researches and the number of variables، a total sample of300 mothers have been considered using purposive sampling method. the data collection tools includedworld health organization quality of life questionnaire - short form (2005)، experiential avoidancequestionnaire (2011)، meaning of life questionnaire (2006)، and spiritual health questionnaire (1982).data analysis was done by spss software version 24 and amus software version 24 and using structuralequation modeling (sem) method.results: variables of spiritual health، meaning of life، experiential avoidance had a significant effect inpredicting the quality of life of mothers of blind and deaf children (p=0.001). also، spiritual health negativelyand significantly mediates the relationship between experiential avoidance، meaning of life، and quality oflife of mothers of blind and deaf children.conclusion: considering the influence of the studied variables on predicting the quality of life of mothers ofblind and deaf children، planning and creating appropriate infrastructures should be done in order to improvethe quality of life of mothers of blind and deaf children.
