فراتحلیل اثربخشی مداخلات روا ن‌شناختی -آموزشی بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم

زمینه و هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر فراتحلیل اثربخشی مداخلات روان شناختی- آموزشی بر مهارت های اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم در ایران بود. روش: این پژوهش با استفاده از روش فراتحلیل یا یکپارچه کردن نتایج حاصل از پژوهش ها، میزان اندازه اثر مداخلات روان شناختی-آموزشی بر مهارت های اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم را مورد بررسی قرار داد. از بین 34 پژوهش، 15 پژوهش که دارای ملاک های ورود بودند، فراتحلیل انجام گرفت. ابزار پژوهش سیاهه ی فراتحلیل بود. پژوهش مبتنی بر 361 نمونه و 15 اندازه اثر بود. نتایج: نتایج فراتحلیل نشان داد میزان اندازه اثر مداخلات روان شناختی-آموزشی بر مهارت های اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم 62 / d=1 بود 001 / p=0 اندازه اثر طبق جدول کوهن دارای اثر بالایی بود. همچنین پژوهش یاقوتی و همکاران ) 1397 ( تحت عنوان طراحی، ساخت و اثربخشی برنامه پویانمایی اجتماعی بر مهارت های ارتباطی و اجتماعی کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم بالاترین اندازه اثر 34 / 2 را داشته است و پژوهش حیدری و همکاران 1392 تحت عنوان اثربخشی مداخله ی مبتنی بر تحلیل کاربردی رفتار بر افزایش مهارت های اجتماعی-ارتباطی وکاهش رفتار کلیشه ای در کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم پایین ترین اندازه اثر 7/ 0را داشته است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اینکه از مهمترین معضلات در کودکان با اختلال طیف اُتیسم، نقص در مهارت های اجتماعی است لذا درمانگران این حیطه می توانند از مداخلاتی که اندازه اثر بیشتری را داشته است، استفاده نمایند.

abstractbackground & purpose: the purpose of this research was to analyze the effectiveness ofpsychological-educational interventions on the social skills of children with autism spectrum disorder iniran.materials and methods: this research has investigated the effect size of educational-psychologicalinterventions on the social skills of children with autism spectrum disorder by using the method ofmeta-analysis or integrating the results of research. among 34 studies، 15 studies that met the inclusioncriteria were meta-analyzed. the research tool was a meta-analysis checklist. the research is based on361 samples and 15 effect sizes.results: the meta-analysis results showed that the effect size of educational-psychological interventionson the social skills of children with autism spectrum disorder was d=1.62. (p=0.001). the effect size accordingto cohen's table had a high effect. also، yaquti et al.'s research (2017) under the title of design، constructionand effectiveness of social animation program on communication and social skills of children with autismspectrum disorder had the highest effect size (2.34) and heydari et al.'s research (2012) under theeffectiveness of the intervention based on applied analysis of behavior on increasing social-communicationskills and reducing stereotyped behavior in autistic children has the lowest effect size (0.7).conclusion: considering that one of the most important problems in children with autism spectrumdisorder is a deficiency in social skills، therefore، therapists in this area can use interventions that have agreater effect.
