   اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر تعامل والد-فرزند و نشخوار فکری مادران دارای کودکان با کم‌توانی ذهنی

چکیده    زمینه و هدف: زندگی با کودک با کم توانی ذهنی برای والدین به خصوص مادران در مقام مراقبان اصلی بسیار چالش برانگیز است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر تعامل والد- فرزند و نشخوار فکری مادران دارای کودک با کم توانی ذهنی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی مادران دارای کودکان با کم توانی ذهنی مراجعهک‌ننده به مدارس استثنایی شهر رشت در سال تحصیلی 99 - 1398 بود. از این بیننمونه ای به صورت دردسترس به حجم 30 نفر با توجه به ملاک های ورود و خروج انتخاب شد. سپس به تصادف به دو گروه آزمایشی n=15 و گواه n=15 اختصاص یافتند و پرسشنامه های تعامل والد-فرزند پیانتا 1994 و نشخوار فکری نولن و هوکسما 1991 را تکمیل کردند. برنامه مداخله ای بر 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای آموزش تنظیم هیجان براساس الگوی تنظیم هیجان گراس 2002 استوار بود که توسط پژوهشگر برای مادران کودکان با کم توانی ذهنی اجرا شد. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تک و چندمتغیری پردازش شد. یافته ها: آموزش تنظیم هیجان بر افزایش تعامل والد-فرزند و مولفه ی نزدیکی و کاهش مولفه های تعارض و وابستگی مادران دارای کودکان با کم توانی ذهنی به طورمعنا داری موثر بود p<0.05. همچنین این آموزش بر کاهش نشخوار فکری مادران این کودکان موثر بودp<0.01 نتیجه گیری: این نتایج، کاربردهای بالینی مستقیم و ضمنی مهمی در زمینه افزایش تعامل والد-فرزند و کاهش نشخوار فکری در مادران دارای کودکان با کم توانی ذهنی از طریق آموزش تنظیم هیجان دارد.

Abstract    abstractbackground and purpose: living with a child with intellectual disability is very challenging for parents،especially mothers as the main caregivers. the purpose of the present study was to determine theeffectiveness of emotion regulation training on parent-child interaction and rumination of mothers withchildren with intellectual disabilities.research method: the current study was a quasi-experimental type with a pre-test and post-test designwith a control group. the statistical population included all mothers with children with intellectual disabilitieswho referred to exceptional schools in rasht city in the academic year of 2018-2019. among these، asample of 30 people was selected by the available method، taking into account the entry and exit criteria،then they were randomly assigned to two experimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups، and completedthe parent-child interaction questionnaires of pianta (1994) and rumination questionnaires of nolen-hoeksema (1991). the intervention program was based on 8 sessions of 90 minutes of emotion regulationtraining based on gross's (2002) emotion regulation model، which was implemented by the researcher formothers of children with intellectual disabilities. the obtained data were processed using univariate andmultivariate covariance analysis.findings: emotion regulation training was significantly effective on increasing parent-child interactionand closeness component and reducing conflict and dependence components of mothers with children withintellectual disabilities (p<0.05). also، this training was effective in reducing the rumination of the mothersof these children (p<0.01).conclusion: these results have important direct and implicit clinical applications in the field of increasingparent-child interaction and reducing rumination in mothers with intellectual disabilities children throughemotion regulation training.
