تحلیل محتوای اسناد بالادستی بر اساس مولفه‌های مطلوب آموزش زبان انگلیسی به روش آنتروپی شانون

هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل محتوای اسناد بالادستی (سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، سند نقشه جامع علمی کشور و سند برنامه ‌درسی ملی) بر اساس مولفه ‌های مطلوب آموزش زبان انگلیسی به روش آنتروپی شانون بوده است. محتوای طرح از نظر پاسخگو (سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، سند نقشه جامع علمی کشور و سند برنامه ‌درسی ملی) و هفت مولفه اصلی و 45 مولفه فرعی آموزش زبان انگلیسی در سال 1398 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج تحلیل محتوای آنتروپی شانون نشان داد که از بررسی کل سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، سند نقشه جامع علمی کشور و سند برنامه‌ درسی ملی، مولفه مربوط به عوامل موثر در یادگیری زبان انگلیسی با 429 مورد بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص داده و کمترین مقدار مربوط به چالشها و آسیبهای یادگیری زبان انگلیسی با صفر فراوانی است. ضریب اهمیت مولفه چرایی یادگیری زبان انگلیسی بیشتر از مولفه ‌های دیگر است و مولفه چالشها و آسیبهای یادگیری زبان انگلیسی در اسناد بالادستی مورد توجه قرار نگرفته است. یافته‌ های حاصل از فراوانی مولفه‌ ها نشان داده است که مولفه ‌های آموزش زبان انگلیسی از توزیع نرمال برخوردار نیستند، به طوری که در حد خیلی ‌کم به آموزش زبان انگلیسی در این اسناد پرداخته شده است.

An Analysis of Ministry of Education’s Strategic Plans Based on Favorable Components of English Language Teaching Using Shannon’s Entropy

The present research aims to analyze the content of Ministry of Education rsquo;s strategic plans (the Fundamental Reform Document of Education, the Comprehensive National Scientific Plan and the National Curriculum Document) based on Shannon #39;s entropy regarding the favorable components of teaching English. The contents of the Fundamental Reform Document of Education, the Comprehensive National Scientific Plan and the National Curriculum Document, as well as 7 main components and 45 secondary components regarding teaching the English language in 2019 have been taken into consideration. The results obtained by content analysis using Shannon #39;s entropy having studied all of the Fundamental Reform Document of Education, the Comprehensive National Scientific Plan and the National Curriculum Document pointed out that the component regarding the factors effective in learning the English language had the highest frequency - 429 - while the lowest frequency - zero - pertained to the challenges and damages regarding learning the English language. The component regarding the reason for learning the English language enjoyed a higher significance coefficient compared to other components, while the component regarding the challenges and damages have not been addressed in the aforementioned documents. The findings obtained from the frequency of the components indicate that components regarding teaching English do not have a normal distribution, and teaching English has received very low coverage in these documents.
