شناسایی شاخصهای مدرسه موفق در مقطع متوسطه شهر کرمانشاه (مدرسه ای برای زندگی): یک مطالعه دلفی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شاخصهای مدرسه موفق در مقطع متوسطه انجام شده است. روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع مطالعه دلفی به روش کلاسیک بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر متشکل از همۀ متخصصان حوزه کودک و نوجوان شهرستان کرمانشاه بود و شرکت ‌کنندگان در این پژوهش به عنوان گروه پانل 15 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و مشاوران و معلمان آموزش و پرورش بودند. این پژوهش در چهار گام انجام شده است. در گام اول پرسشنامه ‌ای با یک سوال باز طراحی شد (از نظر شما یک مدرسه موفق دارای چه ویژگیهایی است؟). از تحلیل داده ‌های کیفی حاصل از پاسخهای شرکت ‌کنندگان به این سوال 120 کد، 16 زیرشاخص، سپس 4 شاخص اصلی (رشد هیجانی، رشد اجتماعی، رشد شغلی، رشد شناختی تحصیلی) استخراج شدند. در گام دوم با استفاده از کدهای استخراج شده، یک پرسشنامه 66 سوالی برای تصمیم‌ گیری گروه پانل طراحی شد و ملاک برای پذیرش هر گویه کسب ضریب توافق 80 درصدی تعیین شد. در نهایت پس از طی سه مرحله پاسخگویی مجدد، 4 سوال حذف شد و گروه پانل در مورد 62 سوال به توافق نهایی رسیدند. نتیجه اینکه، مدرسه ‌ای موفق است که بتواند نوجوانان را برای زندگی آینده از طریق پرداختن و برنامه ‌ریزی در چهار بعد رشد هیجانی، رشد اجتماعی، رشد شغلی و رشد شناختی تحصیلی آماده کند و هدف خود را صرفاً آماده کردن دانش‌ آموزان برای موفقیت در کنکور قرار ندهد.

Identifying Indicators for Successful High Schools in the City of Kermanshah (A School for Life): A Delphi Study

The present research aims to identify the indicators determining successful high schools. Using a qualitative method, a Delphi study was carried out in a classical fashion. The statistical population consisted of all experts on the domain of teaching children and young adults in Kermanshah, and 15 university professors and teachers and advisors working for the Ministry of Education formed the panel group participating in this research. The present study was conducted in four phases. First, a questionnaire involving an open question was devised: What do you think are the features of a successful school? Qualitative analysis of the participants rsquo; responses led to the extraction of 120 codes, 16 subindicators, and eventually for main indicators (emotional development, social development, career development, and cognitiveacademic development). In the second phase, using the codes extracted, a questionnaire consisting of 66 questions was designed for the panel group to decide on. An 80percent agreement was set as the criterion for acceptance. Eventually, after the phases of going through answers again, 4 questions were omitted, and the panel group reached a final agreement over 62 questions. As a result, a successful school is one that prepares young adults for their future lives by planning for and addressing the four dimensions of emotional development, social development, career development, and cognitiveacademic development rather than merely aiming to prepare students for success in the university entrance exam.
