تبیین شکاف میان برنامه های درسی قصد شده، اجرا شده و کسب شده دورۀ اول متوسطه و ارائه راهکارهای عملیاتی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل ایجاد شکاف میان بین سه برنامه درسی قصدشده، اجرا شده و کسب شده در دورۀ اول متوسطه صورت گرفته است و از نوع توصیفی میدانی و مطالعه اسنادی است. نمونه آماری دو گروه 30 و 50 نفری از برنامه ریزا ندرسی و افراد صاحب نظر و ده گزارش ارزشیابی از برنامه های درسی دوره اول متوسطه بوده که در پنج سال اخیر به اجرا درآمده است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه و مطالعه کتابخانه ای و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان داده که به منظور کاهش شکاف میان سه برنامه درسی قصد شده، اجرا شده و کسب شده، ضروری است راهکارهای زیر از سوی برنامه ریزان درسی به کار گرفته شوند: در بعد برنامه درسی قصد شده، متناسب سازی برنامه های درسی با رشد سنی و عقلانی دانش آموزان، تبیین جنبه های کاربردی محتوا، توجه به باورهای اعتقادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی و ارزشهای حاکم بر جامعه و پرهیز از مفاهیم بسیار انتزاعی و بسیار دشوار می تواند کارساز باشد. در بعد برنامه درسی اجرا شده، گسترش دوره های ضمن خدمت (حضوری و مجازی) و ارتقای کیفیت آنها و اختصاص دادن زمان کافی برای تبیین برنامه جدید و توجه به تربیت معلمان واجد صلاحیت در دروسی که نیاز به معلم متخصص دارند، در اولویت قرار گیرد. در بعد برنامه درسی کسب شده، آشنا کردن معلمان با شیوه ها و اصول ارزشیابی در طراحی سوالات مفهومی و استاندارد با توجه به تفاوتهای فردی دانش آموزان می تواند در یادگیری موضوعات درسی موثر باشد.

Faghihi, Ph.D.**** To identify the causes of the perceived gap between junior high school intended, implemented, and attained curricula, a group of 30 curriculum planners, 50 educational experts, and a set of 10 evaluation studies conducted within the previous 5 years were consulted through the use of a questionnaire and an observation list. Data analyses revealed that bridging the existing gap between the three curricula requires adjusting the intended curriculum to the learners rsquo; levels of development, emphasizing the applicability of the content, attending to the social values and cultural beliefs, and avoiding highly abstract and difficult concepts. As for the implemented curriculum, it is the expansion and improvement of the inservice courses (real virtual) and the training of specialized teachers for subjects that require specialized knowledge that need to be prioritized.
