شناسایی و واکاوی فرهنگ معلمان ابتدایی استان لرستان: رویکرد مردم نگاری

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و واکاوی فرهنگ معلمان ابتدایی استان لرستان انجام شده است. روش تحقیق مردم نگاری و از نوع توصیفی بوده است. جامعه پژوهش معلمان ابتدایی استان لرستان بودند که از میان آنها با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و بر اساس قاعده اشباع نظری 18 معلم مورد مشاهده از نوع مشارکتی و مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. این تحقیق به شناسایی و تبیین ویژگیها و شاخصه های فرهنگی و فرهنگ مشارکت و ارتباط معلمان منتج شد. یافته های تحقیق با توجه به مشاهدات و بیان اطلاع رسانها نشان داد که معلمان مورد بررسی دارای ویژگیها و شاخصه های فرهنگی و فرهنگ ارتباط مثبت و مورد انتقادند. از ویژگیهای فرهنگی مثبت می توان به سخت کوشی، حجب و حیا، حوصله و خوش اخلاقی و از ویژگیهای مورد انتقاد می توان به نداشتن حس همکاری در مباحث آموزشی، وجدان کاری کم و اعتیاد بعضی از معلمان اشاره کرد. از شاخصه های فرهنگی می توان به فرهنگ پوشش و فرهنگ انتخاب محل خدمت اشاره کرد که به تناسب مدارس و نوع دید معلمان با سابقه و کم سابقه متفاوت بود. فرهنگ ارتباط و مشارکت معلمان در رابطه با همکاران، والدین و دانش آموزان با توجه به شرایط محیط، سطح سواد و توقعات والدین و دانش آموزان و عوامل گوناگون حاکم بر مدرسه متفاوت بود. نتایج این مطالعه برای شناسایی تفاوتهای فرهنگی و اجتناب از برنامه ریزی کاملاً متمرکز نظام آموزشی به کار می آید.

Faazeli, Ph.D.**** In centralized systems of education, the incongruence between the national and local cultures can be problematic. Hence, the identification of the local culture and exploration of its congruency with that governing the national curriculum is a must. To this end, a group of 18 elementary school teachers in the province of Lorestan was both observed and interviewed. The findings are indicative of both positive and negative cultural characteristics in general and in the areas of cooperation and communication in particular. Among the positive characteristics hard working, patience, and good manners stand out, while lacking a sense of cooperation in educational discussions, being low in occupational consciousness, and addiction are among the negative ones. There was a difference between older and younger teachers in terms of cultural concerns on clothing and choice of place of work. Cultures of communication and cooperation varied among teachers depending on their level of education and parental expectations. The findings can be used in making the case for decentralized educational planning.
