We describe two patients of the department of medicine at sultan qaboos university hospital, muscat, oman, withcushing's disea se. their magneti c resonance imagin g scans of the pitui tary were negative . one patient was treated by t ranssphenoidalsurgery and th e other by bilater al end oscopic adrenalectomy, both procedu res were successful and the patients cur ed. the advantagesand disad vantages of these two approac hes are discussed.
