تحلیل عوامل موثر بر جذب دانش آموختگان دانشگاهی در بخش تعاون

در این تحقیق راهکارهای جذب و ورود دانش آموختگان دانشگاهی در بخش تعاون بررسی شد. نمونه های آماری این پژوهش شامل 100 نفر از اعضای تعاونی های دانش آموختگان و 100 نفر از فارغ التحصیلان بیکار و جویای کار استان همدان بود. روایی پرسشنامه توسط افراد صاحب نظر و خبره اداره کل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان همدان و استادان دانشگاه و پایایی آن با انجام یک پیش آزمون بر روی سی نفر از دانش آموختگان استان همدان و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. برای بررسی و دسته بندی عوامل موثر بر جذب دانش آموختگان از تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد که نتایج نشان داد 5 گروه عامل کلیدی در جذب و ورود فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاهی در بخش تعاون موثرند که عبارت اند از: سیاست گذاری و قانونی، مالی و اعتباری، آموزشی، ارتباطی و توانمندسازی

An Analysis of the Factors Affecting on Entering the Former University Graduates into Cooperative Sector

In this study the solutions for absorbing the university graduates into cooperative sector has been reviewed. The statistical samples of the study included both 100 members in graduates' cooperatives and 100 unemployed graduates in Hamedan from 2014 to 2015. The questionnaire was validated during content and face validity method by a group of experts from both organization of cooperatives, labour, and social welfare and universities. Reliability of questionnaires first, was done through a pretest process by a number of 30 graduates, then for calculating reliability coefficient of items in the questionnaire, a Cronbach Alpha test was used and it was 0.79. The results of factor analysis showed the five key factors effect on absorbing the university graduates into cooperative sector. These factors were: legal and governmental supports, financial and credits, educational, communicational, and empower mental factors.
