شناسایی و مقایسه عوامل موثر بر اشتغال پایدار شرکتهای تعاونی و خصوصی در شهرستان نهاوند

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر اشتغال پایدار شرکت‌های تعاونی و خصوصی فعال در شهرستان نهاوند و مقایسه این عوامل در بین شرکت‌های تعاونی و خصوصی انجام گرفت. پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و روش از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 250 مدیر از شرکت‌های تعاونی و خصوصی فعال در شهرستان نهاوند در سال 1393 است که حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 148 مدیر از شرکت‌های تعاونی و خصوصی فعال با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی انتخاب گردیده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پژوهش پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط اساتید و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ در مرحله پیش‌آزمون 0/741 و در مرحله نهایی 0/762 به دست آمد. با توجه به توزیع نرمال نمونه آماری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و آزمون t استیودنت تک نمونه به بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد؛ به ترتیب عوامل تسهیلات بانکی، سهم آورده اعضاء، قوانین و مقررات بانکی، جذب سرمایه‌گذار، آموزش و دوره‌های آموزشی، فرهنگ کار گروهی، حمایت و نظارت دولت، اشتغال تعهد شده، حضور در نمایشگاه‌ها و بکارگیری تکنولوژی بیشترین تاثیرگذاری را بر اشتغال پایدار در شهرستان نهاوند دارا بودند. نتایج مقایسه بین دو دسته از شرکت‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل نیز نشان داد که تاثیر عامل جذب سرمایه‌گذار در شرکت‌های خصوصی نسبت به تعاونی بیشتر است .

Factors affecting sustainable employment in the between cooperative and private companies in Nahavand City

With regard to the low potential of employment in the public sector, nowadays plenty of emphasis is put on cooperative and private sectors. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the factors affecting the stable employment of active cooperative and private companies in the city of Nahavand and to compare these factors among private and cooperative companies. The research, in terms of its nature and method, is descriptivesurvey, and in terms of its aim, is applied. The statistical population of this research includes 250 active private and cooperative companies in the city of Nahavand in the year 1393, in which the sle size has been drawn, using Morgan Table, 148 active cooperative and private companies have been selected, using stratified sling. The means of gathering the data of the research is the researcher’s questionnaire whose validity was assessed by professors and its constancy was determined through Cronbach Factor 0/762. Regarding the normal distribution of statistical sling, the hypotheses of the research were examined through the software SPSS and Onesle Student ttest. The result showed that the factors including bank facilities, members’ contributed share, bank rules, investor attraction, teaching and teaching courses, teamwork etiquette, government’s support and supervision, the promised job, attendance at fairs and utilizing technology have had the most profound effect on stable employment across the city of Nahavand.
