تحلیل شاخص های مرتبط با تشکیل و توسعه تعاونی های دانش آموختگان رشته های کشاورزی

در این تحقیق نقش تعاونی ها در بهبود اشتغال دانش آموختگان جوان رشته های کشاورزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است .جامعه آماری تحقیق 600 نفر شامل فارغ التحصیلان رشته های کشاورزی در بین سال های 1390تا 1393 از دانشگاه بو علی سینا همدان می باشند. از بین آن ها تعداد 234 نفر به عنوان نمونه های آماری با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و روش نمونه گیری سیستماتیک انتخاب شدند. روایی پرسشنامه توسط افراد صاحب نظر و خبره مورد بررسی محتوایی قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه ها نیز با انجام پیش آزمون بر روی 25 نفر از دانش آموختگان کشاورزی و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 91 درصد برای سوالات بخش ویژگی‌ها و 79 درصد برای سوالات بخش عوامل موثر مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیش از 80 درصد از دانش آموختگان مورد مطالعه در هیچ تعاونی تاکنون عضو نشده اند، ولی 73 درصد از آن ها علاقمند به عضویت در تعاونی دانش آموختگان کشاورزی هستند. نتایج تحقیق همچنین نشان داد عواملی نظیر حمایت همه جانبه دولت، نقش فرهنگی اجتماعی، اعتقاد و باور به تعاون مهم‌ترین عوامل در تشکیل و توسعه تعاونی‌های دانش آموختگان کشاورزی بوده اند. سایر عوامل به ترتیب شامل کارآفرینی و اشتغالزایی، آموزش و مشاوره، حمایت مالی و اعتباری، و حمایت رسانه ها بوده اند.

Analysis the factors affecting on establishment and development of the graduates Cooperatives

Undoubtedly, cooperative model is one of the most useful solutions to improve university graduates#039 employment. In this study the role of cooperatives in improving young graduates#039 employment majoring in agricultural sciences has been investigated. The statistical population of the study included 600 graduates between the years 2011 until 2014 from BuAliSina University in Hamedan. Among them 234 people were systematically selected as sles. The questionnaire was validated by a group of experts during a content and face validity method. Reliability of questionnaires first, was done through a pretest process by a number of 25 agricultural graduates, then for calculating reliability coefficient of items in the questionnaire, a Cronbach Alpha test was used by SPSS software. The items were accordingly validated by 91 percent for the questions of characteristics and 79 percent for the questions of affective factors. The results showed that more than 80 percent of the respondent#039 s graduates were not members of any cooperative so far, but 73 percent of them were interested in membership in agricultural related cooperatives. The results also showed the factors such as a comprehensive support by the government, cultural and information contribution, belief and accredit to cooperation, were the most important factors in improving the employment situation of the agricultural graduates. Other factors were selfemployment and entrepreneurship, training and advisory work, financial and credit support, and media support respectively.
