فرصت‌های راه‌اندازی تعاونی‌های دانشجویی در دانشگاه ایلام: راهنمایی برای توسعه تعاونی‌های کشاورزی و خدماتی

نظر به اهمیت تعاونی‌های دانشجویی به عنوان رهیافتی مناسب برای پرورش صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینانه و کاهش بیکاری دانش آموختگان نظام آموزش عالی کشور، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی فرصت‌های راه‌اندازی تعاونی‌های دانشجویی در دانشگاه ایلام انجام شد. این پژوهش از لحاظ پارادایم در دستۀ پژوهش‌های کیفی و با توجه به هدف، کاربردی است که به روش دلفی انجام شد. اعضای پانل دلفی شامل 68 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی، کارکنان و دانشجویان دانشگاه ایلام بودند. پس از انجام دو دور، تعداد 26 فرصت برای راه‌اندازی تعاونی‌های دانشجویی در دانشگاه ایلام شناسایی شد که در دو دستۀ «فرصت‌های راه‌اندازی تعاونی‌های دانشجویی کشاورزی» و «فرصت‌های راه‌اندازی تعاونی‌های دانشجویی خدماتی» طبقه‌بندی شدند. براساس نتایج پژوهش مهمترین فرصت‌های راه‌اندازی تعاونی‌های دانشجویی کشاورزی عبارت از «تولید، فرآوری، بسته‏بندی و فروش گیاهان دارویی و ادویه‏‌ای»، «پرورش میوه‏ها، سبزی و صیفی‏جات مزرعه‌ای و گلخانه‏ای»، «پرورش گل و گیاهان زینتی و آپارتمانی» و «فرآوری، بسته‏بندی و توزیع صحیح لبنیات حاصل از گاوداری‏های دانشگاه» بودند. همچنین، مهمترین فرصت‌های راه‌اندازی تعاونی‌های دانشجویی خدماتی عبارت از «برگزاری رویدادهای استارت‏آپی، کنفرانس‏ها، جشن‏ها و مراسمات مختلف دانشگاه»، «ارائه تورهای گردشگری با هدف معرفی مکان‌‏های تفریحی، تاریخی و فرهنگی منطقه»، «ارائه خدمات ترجمه و ویرایش مقالات و پایان‏نامه‏های انگلیسی، عربی و فارسی» و «ارائه خدمات مربوط به نصب، راه‏‌اندازی و تعمیر برنامه‏‏ها و سیستم‏های رایانه‏ای» بودند. نتایج این پژوهش دستاوردهای مناسبی برای مدیران، اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان دانشگاه ایلام در جهت انجام کارها و پروژه‌های عملی و تجربی نظیر راه اندازی تعاونی‌های دانشجویی دارد.

opportunities for student cooperatives startup at ilam university: guidelines for the development of agricultural and service cooperatives

considering the importance of student cooperatives as a suitable approach for developing entrepreneurial competencies and reducing unemployment of graduates of the iran's higher education system, the present study was conducted to identifying the opportunities for student cooperatives startup at ilam university. the present study was qualitative in terms of paradigm, applied according to the purpose, which was done by delphi method. delphi panel members included 68 faculty members, staff and students of ilam university. after two rounds, 26 opportunities for student cooperatives startup at ilam university were identified, which were divided into two categories: opportunities for agricultural student cooperatives startup and opportunities for service student cooperatives startup were categorized. according to the results, the most important opportunities for student agricultural cooperatives startup are production, processing, packaging and sale of medicinal plants and spices, growing fruits, vegetables, cultivation of flowers and ornamental and apartment plants , processing, packaging and distribution of dairy products from university farms and production, packaging, distribution of honey (beekeeping) . also, the most important opportunities for student service cooperatives startup are holding startup events, conferences, celebrations and various university ceremonies, offering tourist tours with the aim of introducing recreational and historical places and cultural of the region , providing services for translating and editing english, arabic and persian articles and dissertations , providing services related to the installation, commissioning and repair of computer programs and systems and providing services related to programming, web design and graphics, etc. the results of this study have appropriate implications for administrators, faculty members and students of ilam university in order to carry out practical and experimental works and projects such as student cooperatives startup.
