طراحی الگویی برای ترویج فعالیت‌‏‌‌های کارآفرینانه در تعاونی‏‌های دانشجویی کشاورزی

علی رغم اینکه تعاونی های دانشجویی با هدف ارتقای صلاحیتهای کارآفرینانه در بین دانشجویان راهاندازی میشود؛ ولی به دلیل عدم پیروی از مدلی بومی نتواستهاند به نحو شایسته در جهت ترویج فعالیتهای کارآفرینی و کسب و کار در بین دانشجویان اقدام کنند. در این راستا، هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگویی برای ترویج فعالیت های کارآفرینانه در تعاونی های دانشجویی بود که برای این منظور از پارادایم کیفی و روش نظریۀ داده بنیاد بهره گرفته شد. جامعۀ مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان کشاورزی عضو تعاونی های دانشجویی در غرب کشور (دانشگاههای رازی، کردستان، بوعلی، لرستان و ایلام) در سال 1399 بودند که نمونه های مورد مطالعه ابتدا به صورت هدفمند و در ادامه به صورت نظری انتخاب شدند. پس از انجام 25 مصاحبه عمیق انفرادی، اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. براساس نتایج پژوهش حمایت های محیطی، سرمایۀ اجتماعی، ویژگی های روانشناختی، سرمایۀ انسانی، انگیزه های اقتصادی و الگوهای نقش به عنوان عوامل ع ل ی؛ بروکراسی اداری، موانع مالی، موانع فرهنگی، موانع ساختاری و فرصت های محیطی به عنوان عوامل زمینه ای؛ و تغییرات اقلیمی، نوسانات بازار و تلاطم های محیطی به عنوان عوامل مداخله گری شناسایی شدند که ترویج فعالیت های کارآفرینانه در تعاونی های دانشجویی کشاورزی غرب کشور را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند. راهبردهای ترویج فعالیت های کارآفرینانه در تعاونی های دانشجویی غرب کشور شامل راهبردهای آموزشی ترویجی، الگوسازی، کاهش بروکراسی اداری، حمایتی انگیزشی و تسهیلات مالی بودند که در نهایت پیامد ترویج فعالیت های کارآفرینانه در تعاونی های دانشجویی مواردی نظیر توسعه صلاحیت های کارآفرینانه، توسعه اجتماعی، توسعه کشاورزی و توسعه اقتصادی است. نتایج این مطالعه ضمن تقویت ادبیات کارآفرینی و تعاونی های دانشجویی دستاوردهای کاربردی مناسبی برای کمک به مدیران و آموزشگران نظام آموزش در جهت توسعه صلاحیت های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان به همراه دارد.

designing a model for entrepreneurial activities extension in agricultural students’ cooperatives

despite the fact that student cooperatives are setup with the aim of promoting entrepreneurial competencies among students; however, due to not following the indigenous model, they have not been able to take appropriate action to promote entrepreneurial and business activities among students. in this way, the purpose of this study was to design a model for the extension of entrepreneurial activities in student’s cooperatives, for which the qualitative paradigm and grounded theory was used. the study participators consisted of all members of agricultural student cooperatives in the universities (razi, kurdistan, bouali, lorestan and ilam universities) of the west of iran. the studied samples were first selected purposefully and then theoretically. theoretical saturation was obtained after 25 in depth one on one interviews. in order to analyze the data, open, axial and selective coding was used. findings showed that environmental support, social capital, psychological characteristics, human capital, economic motivations and role models as causal factors; administrative bureaucracy, financial barriers, cultural barriers, structural barriers and environmental opportunities as underlying factors; and climate change, market fluctuations and environmental turbulence were identified as intervention factors that affect the extension of entrepreneurial activities in agricultural student cooperatives in the west of iran. strategies for promoting entrepreneurial activities in student cooperatives in the west of iran included educational extension, modeling, reducing administrative bureaucracy, support motivation and financial facilities strategies, which ultimately resulted in entrepreneurial activities extension among agricultural students such as developing entrepreneurial competencies, development social, agricultural development and economic development. the findings of this study, while strengthening the entrepreneurship literature and student cooperatives, bring appropriate practical implications to help managers and educators of the education system to develop students' entrepreneurial competencies.
