تاثیر ویروس کرونا بر عملکرد شرکت‌های تعاونی استان بوشهر

عصر کنونی با بحران عجین شده است؛ یکی از این بحران ها شیوع ویروس کرونا بوده که بر عملکرد همه سازمان ها تاثیر گذاشته و در بسیاری مواقع موجودیت سازمان ها را به سوی نابودی کشانده است. شرکت های تعاونیاستان بوشهر نیز از این قائده مستثنی نبوده و با فراگیری ویروس کرونا دچار مشکلاتی شده اند. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر فراگیری ویروس کرونا بر عملکرد کسب و کارهای تعاونی در استان بوشهر می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را خبرگان اداره کل تعاون، کار و رفاه استان بوشهر تشکیل داده اند. پژوهش در دو مرحله صورت پذیرفت؛ بدین صورت که در مرحله اول با استفاده از منابع علمی و بررسی مبانی نظری مرتبط شاخص های موثر بر عملکرد تعاونی ها استخراج گردید و پس از آن با تشکیل گروه کانونی و نظرخواهی از صاحب نظران شاخص های نهایی به وسیله روش فازی انتخاب شدند. در مرحله دوم، با به کارگیری تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی ابعاد و شاخص های موثر بر عملکرد شرکت های تعاونی استان بوشهر وزن دهی و رتبه بندی شدند. در مرحله اول، یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که از شاخص شناسایی شده، 26 شاخص وزن بالاتری برای ورود به مرحله دوم پژوهش دارند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از میان چهار بعد مرتبط با عملکرد سازمانی، معیار مشتری با امتیاز وزنی 0.336 در شرایط شیوع ویروس کرونا در رتبه اول قرار داشته و پس از آن معیارهای مالی، فرآیندهای داخلی و رشد و یادگیری قرار دارند. بنابراین، تمرکز بر مشتریان و ارزشهای مورد نظر آنها سبب می شود که سازمان به یک منبع ارزشمند مزیت رقابتی دست یابد. شرکتهای تعاونی، با ادامه فعالیت های خود به صورت آنلاین قادر خواهند بودند که در فضای پرتلاطم کنونی به حیات خود ادامه دهند.

the impact of coronavirus on cooperatives performance in bushehr province

the present era is interwined with crises; one of these crises is the outbreak and pandemic of the corona virus, which has affected the performance of all organizations and in many cases has led to the destruction of organization’s existence. bushehr cooperatives are not excepted to this rule and have been faced problems by the outbreak of the corona virus. therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of corona virus pandemic on cooperatives performance in bushehr province. the statistical population of the present study consists of the experts from the general department of cooperatives, labor and welfare of bushehr province. the present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey type and it has a deductive approach. the research was conducted in two stages; thus, in the first stage, using scientific sources and reviewing the relevant theoretical foundations, indicators affecting the performance of cooperatives were extracted, and then by forming a focus group and consulting experts, the final indicators were selected by fuzzy method. in the second stage, using the ahp technique, the dimensions and indicators affecting the performance of cooperatives in bushehr province were weighted and ranked. findings of the research in the first stage indicated that from the identified indicators of the review of theoretical foundations, 26 indices have higher weight and importance for entering the second stage of research. the research results revealed that from four perspectives of organizational performance; the customer perspective ranks first with a weight score of 0.336 in the context of the corona virus outbreak, followed by financial perspectives, internal processes, and growth and learning. focusing on customers and their desired values enables the organization to gain a valuable source of competitive advantage.
